Recent Autocad purchase 2021
The Sales help from Keith and program set up assistance provided by Allen were excellent. Allen went through the program and add-on setups quickly and efficiently. Asking for my input through the process as needed to assure I have what I need to hit the ground running. I was skeptical but ended up very happy.
I was skeptical at first because the price for AutoDesk Civil 3D 2021 was so much lower than if I went direct through AutoDesk. I was careful not to turn off our virus software during installation (yes, can sometimes cause installation issues but I wasn't willing to risk it) and I also wouldn't allow remote access for support and chose to install it on our own. It was fairly complicated and at the very end of the process, we did call support but they were able to walk us through the last part without needing to remote in and now the software is running perfectly. I think a little skepticism was warranted, in this day and age, but I'm extremely happy that my caution was unwarranted in this case. Future Tech Store provided us a great deal with responsive support. Two thumbs up.

First time customer here for purchase of Civil3D 2021. First impression was excellent. Within minutes of my chat session I was on the phone with tech support and in remote session for courtesy installation of the program. Very courteous and fast. Within an hour I am up and running the program working on my clients projects.

All the reviews are shill accounts! They are a scam
They were claiming to sell perpetual licenses for AutoCAD 2021, which do not exist, even according to AutoDesk. They really tried to convince me but this is a scam. Look at the reviews, they are all shill accounts set up with only one single review: theirs. Do NOT trust these clowns.
Edit: I went out of my way to create an account solely to leave this review, so if I can give a spam email address to create this account, anyone can; point proven.

I did look at the other accounts and they all only left a single review in their history, some maybe left 2 reviews. I did not misunderstand, your rep "Keith" told me in no less words that "You brokered a deal with AutoDesk to get perpetual licenses because your customers did not want to continually pay for [software as a service - I am not sure how he worded that definition but close enough]" I stand by my review. AutoDesk stopped providing perpetual licenses for AutoCAD in 2016, I contacted AutoDesk about this directly.
