Berwick Shellfish Co Arvostelua 

Our original PO 33972 was for £61.65 worth of crab despatched Wed 22 July I paid for a 24 hour express service via Royal Mail. It arrived Fri approx 1pm in effect 50 hours later not in good condition. I contacted Co [Graham] both by email & Facebook took a few days to get action. He kindly called having raised a claim on Royal Mail Parcelforce & sent another lot which arrived less than 24 hours in excellent condition. Frankly cannot ask for more so 4 stars.

Just exceptional-Graham didn’t have my sized lobster but called and explained substitutes which arrived and were the usual outstanding quality.Great seafood and great attention to customer.

They gave my order a tracking number but when I chased it on the delivery day they said they hadn’t sent it and the trawler had been out of action for 3 days! They were being deliberately deceptive.
Asked for a refund which they never sent, had to dispute it with my bank.
Avoid this company!

I bought crayfish tails 8th May i still haven't received them it's now 18th July, I emailed them several times but they wouldn't even acknowledge me, shame on you Berwick

We had a mix up over the delivery date & sadly, although we'll wrapped my order had started to defrost by the time it was delivered.

Brilliant as always , fresh live velvet crabs ordered and delivered with 48hours always fresh and tasty.

Unfortunately the order was delivered 3 days late, not the companies fault, it was the courier that let them down. As it was frozen seafood, it had defrosted and gone off. The thing am disappointed with, is the supplier has not answered my emails, and there has been no answer on the phone either, it just rings and rings. I have asked for a refund, as they can claim the cost back from the courier, but as stated I have had no response. I will now have to waste my time claiming through my credit card or on line small claims. I have had seafood from them before and it was great quality, but customer service appears to be seriously lacking.

Ordered 2 large male crabs and received 4 medium sized crabs.
Excellent quality and service but laborious to dress them.
Requested a maximum of 3 crabs but request ignored.
Please sort this issue out.

We have been using Berwick Shellfish Co. for years, both for our hotels and for private functions. They are very helpful, deliver on time and are an absolute pleasure to do business with.

Their lobsters and dressed crab are top notch, we wouldn't hesitate to recommend them and will continue to use them.

Excellent service as usual and delivered on time

Delivered on time - great - but the “frozen” lobster meat was defrosted and subsequently was very tough and watery to eat with a salad the next day. No taste and I used the rest in a cheese sauce with fresh pasta - ended up chucking it as still tough as old boots🤷🏼‍♀️expensive for a not enjoyable meal.
