After Luna’s perfectly crafted template, guess what, absolutely no follow up. I don’t know if I should cry or laugh. I’m contacting my bank to raise a chargeback! This company has beautiful watches, but they’ll fail miserably if they don’t improve their CS - I wish I looked at other reviews before buying.

Very disappointing customer service experience - be warned!
I rarely leave public reviews, but I feel this one is necessary.
I ordered a Bering watch as a Christmas gift and received the wrong colour. I contacted customer service and was advised to place a new order, with a promise that a returns label would be sent for the incorrect watch. I did exactly as instructed.
No returns label was ever sent — and when the second watch arrived, it was the same wrong colour again.
I contacted customer service immediately after the second delivery and was told the issue would be checked with the warehouse and I would receive an update by Saturday. That deadline passed with no response at all.
This is now the third time I’ve been promised a follow-up that never came. Even earlier, when I contacted Bering to confirm a delivery address issue, there was no reply before delivery either.
I understand that mistakes happen. What matters is how a company handles them — and unfortunately, Bering has failed at that stage. Customer service can only “pass messages to the right team”, but the right team never responds.
I am now left with two expensive watches I paid for, neither of which is the correct one, no returns labels, no resolution, and a Christmas gift still not sorted.
What’s most disappointing is that I actually love Bering’s designs and would have happily been a returning customer. Sadly, after this experience, I won’t be ordering again unless this is resolved properly.
I would like:
• Returns labels for both incorrect watches
• A full, immediate refund
• A response from someone who can actually resolve this
I hope Bering will take this seriously and contact me to put this right.

I requested to cancel my order by email and via the form they had on their website as I couldn't reach them on the phone. Still they sent my order and never replied to my email. So far I haven't received my order and Fedex claim the delivery address is not correct. I don't manage to speak to Bering or Fedex so it's look like I have just lost my money...

Watch casing fell apart after 18 months of normal use. Sent the watch to their return address for repair under warranty almost 3 months ago. The courier service confirmed delivery. I since sent multiple messages, got a reply on only one where they asked me to give them all details of the package (again). Never heard of them since, despite multiple attempts by me to get in touch. As it stands, they basically stole my watch.
EDIT: Don't be fooled by their quick replies on Trustpilot. I gave them my info, but it's been dead silence for two weeks again.

Terrible experience with little to no customer service. I bought the watch over 10 years ago and it was placed carefully in storage. When I went to wear it 6mos ago I have had nothing but problems. A new battery was fitted and the watch continually stopped and started randomly. Sent to Germany for a service and it returned fine. Within 4 weeks the stem and crown had fallen out. After returning to the USA I was told to ship it to their CA office for repair. Later I was told they couldn’t repair it because it was an old model even though current models are identical. I was then offered 40% off for a new watch that I don’t need. Germany has ignored multiple emails and attempts to get the parts… America has no interest in helping… what a poor example of cheap manufacturing and poor sustainability

Dommage qu on ne puisse pas mettre zéro… moi qui croyait en la fiabilité allemande…les montres sont très belles mais le service est loin d être à la hauteur. J ai acheté deux montres et elles ne me sont jamais arrivées. Visiblement, Fedex s’est arrêté à 10 km de chez moi. Et depuis le 8 octobre, Bering garde mon argent. Je n’ai désormais plus de nouvelles du service après-vente malgré un premier avis sur trupillot.. Et pour votre information, Messieurs et Mesdames de Bering, je ne peux pas vous retourner le colis puisqu’il ne m’a jamais été livré. Renseignez-vous auprès de Fedex et rendez moi mon argent. Je vais de toute façon donner la main à la protection juridique. Ces agissements sont honteux

Im Urlaub bei einem Händler einen Ring mit 3 "Innenringen" gekauft (wovon einer nach 2 Wochen stellenweise die Farbe verlor). Zwischenzeitlich von zu Hause dann im Online-Shop noch zusätzliche "Innenringe" bestellt. Bei der Lieferung ist dann etwas schief gelaufen (ein falscher Ring). Nach

Worst part is that you cannot contact them. No e-mail address on site. They have a "Contact us" form to which they never reply. Not even an automated e-mail to reply that the for was submitted. No actual way for you to prove you wrote to them, what you wrote to them and when.
All went wrong with that purchase. Thank God it was via Paypal and I got my money back from them.
Edit (Dec 3rd, 2025) : I feel it's worth for the viewers to see the follow-up, as Sofia here showed some empathy to me and seemed willing to find a solution. So here is her e-mail informing me that the package could not reach me (yes, that's the point, WHY?? - this doesn't seem like finding a solution) and here is what I wrote to her some days later. No reply to this.

it's been a long time now and I'm no more interested in the issue but since I saw your kind reply to Trustpilot (which I failed to answer in time, apparently), maybe it's worth to write a few things here.
I'll start by saying that the most frustrating part was that it was extremely hard to find a way to communicate, explain, resolve, or complain about what happened. I had to fill in the form instead of sending and e-mail to a person. Moreover, the fact that there was not an e-mail in reply to my submitting the form, gave me the feeling that all my efforts would be in vain. Indeed, a whole week passed with no signs that anyone would take care of my case and that feeling grew to an impression that somebody just took my money and disappeared leaving me no way to find them. I had to re-submit the form, not having much hope, and I wasn't going to give much time this time. Even your reply on Nov 3 came some days after my second resubmission of the form. I hadn't seen this reply when I wrote to Trustpilot but, to be honest, this reply doesn't solve nor explain anything. It just informs me that the refund will be issued. I already knew that, because Paypal accepted my request in a second. So actually there was no action from your side at all in 10 days that I waited. Even the cancellation of the payment was done by me. It could possibly be the case that I wouldn't even get this e-mail if I hadn't cancelled the payment, isn't it?
To be honest, I don't know whether it's Bering to blame or FedEx Greece, which is your partner as I take it. If I can help you do better in the future, I would suggest the following:
1. investigate why FedEx told me that they had no means of contacting me. Are they lying? I know you had at least my e-mail (if not my phone number). Why was it not forwarded to them?
2. Why did FedEx say they could not contact you to request more of my details?
3. Why did they send it back to you so quickly?
4. Why did they not try to deliver it one more time, since they didn't find me there the first time?
5. Why did they send me redundant e-mails to notify me that they were coming on day X, then on day X+1 instead, never came on X or X+1, but finally turned out that they had come on day X-10, with no prior notification, failed to find me home and aborted the process altogether.
6. Why did they not leave a sticker on the door (like other companies do) "we couldn't find you, pls phone this number" Really, why?? If they couldn't contact me, I would at least contact them. That's how people track parcels they missed. FedEx don't know that, obviously.
Anyway, the more I analyse it, the more I believe that someone in the process didn't want this parcel to reach it's destination. That's why "the delivery of the package was not possible" (very informative!). That's why "Unfortunately" in your message did not ever convince me that anyone cared. It feels that this was actually the plan.
If it was really a mistake, and if that offer was real, have in mind that offers like this will produce a lot of traffic and, as a company, you will have to find better partners and better ways to co-operate with them. Ah! and better ways for your customers to contact you. No need to hide from them.

Ich habe am 10. Oktober bei Bering Ware bestellt, diese auch am 14. Oktober erhalten. Leider passte der Ring nicht und ich habe ihn per DHL zurückgesandt. Die Ware ist nachweislich am 22. Oktober bei Bering eingegangen. Leider habe ich bis heute keine Rückerstattung oder irgendeine Rückmeldung zu meiner Rücksendung bekommen.
Eine schriftliche Anfrage ist es heute unbeantwortet geblieben.
Der telefonische Kontakt mit Bering ist leider nicht möglich. Man wird per Computer durch ein Programm geleitet. Egal welche Auswahl man trifft, am Schluss bekommt man immer die Ansage, dass die Firma Behring telefonisch nicht erreichbar sei und man per Mail Kontakt aufnehmen soll. Wie gesagt, das funktioniert auch nicht.
Daher warte ich leider bis heute vergeblich auf meine Erstattung.
Ich kann nur jedem raten, nicht bei der Firma Bering zu bestellen.

Ich habe 2 Uhren bestellt, eine direkt zurück geschickt weil sie nicht gepasst hat. 9 Tage nachdem die Uhr bei Behring eingegangen ist noch keine Rückmeldung erhalten und auch das Geld nicht zurück bekommen. Die 2. Uhr ist nach 2 Tagen kaputt gegangen. Das Armband hat sich vom Gehäuse gelöst. Auch hier warte ich auf eine Reaktion von Behring...
Telefonisch ist die Firma gar nicht erreichbar, auf Email gibt's keine Antwort.
