El peor servicio al cliente de mi vida
Llevo desde Enero peleando por la devolución de un abrigo de 270 euros. Primero peleé por que me hicieran la etiqueta de devolución y a día de hoy ( 27/02) sigo sin respuesta ni dinero. He dudado que la pagina fuera un timo. Pondré una denuncia esta semana en el consumidor.
Una y no más. No he visto nunca un servicio al cliente tan pésimo.

Muy mal la atención al cliente
El pedido fue enviado rápido pero una vez aquí la empresa de transporte (DHL) no quiso traerlo aunque el error fue suyo y ellos no se molestaron en hacer nada hasta q el paquete fue devuelto. Ni siquiera ne avisaron. Eso sí, el dinero me lo devolvieron rápido también

Pésima atención al cliente
Pésima atención al cliente. Mi paquete no se entregó en mi domicilio pero no se me avisó. Cuando extrañada escribí para saber qué estaba ocurriendo, tardaron 3 días en responderme. Para decirme encima que buscara el paquete porque aparecía entregado. No me ayudaron absolutamente nada. No volvería a comprar y no lo recomiendo en absoluto.

El pedido llegó tarde (un mes), pero llegó. Tuve que devolverlo porque no acerté con la talla. (culpa mía) y el proceso de devolución y el nuevo pedido ha sido muy rápido.

la empresa de transporte ctt dice que no existe mi direccion durante mas de una semana y pronto dice que devolvera el paquete porque no pueden entregarlo. No me da opcion a completar la incidencia
