When agreeing to get quotes for a Ber…

When agreeing to get quotes for a Ber assessment, there was little information provided about the proces other than having to input all your information not knowing who would see it. When quotes were received, it was just a price and earlest availability, nothing more. I had just two quotes and upon choosing one, I had to pay €40 not knowing anything more. In the end, I was just given the contractors contact details and informed to make arrangements myself. There was some difficulties making contact with the contractor but when arrangements were eventually agreed, he turned up over an hour late. In conclusion, it's better to find your own Ber assessor, it would more cost effective and convienent to you as the customer. This service has no customer focus.

The BER was never finished

The BER guy came, did his survey and a week later when I expected the report, he texted that he could not complete the job for a family matter. I reported this to BerCert.com and got no reply. Very disappointing and unprofessional on all fronts.

Simple platform to use

Simple platform to use. Enter details and assessors reach out to you to accept your job wih a quote. Pay booking, assessor confirms date via mail. Good pro service off Dave Murphy. Would recommend
