Booked and paid deposit €40 - issues with selected company so cancelled assessment. No telephone number for this company. Emailed and advised I had cancelled and as per their guarantee requested a full refund. No response or refund. Raising a charge back now - avoid - easier to fins assessors and deal with them directly instead of this suspect company. And you will be plagued by spam emails from them.

Engineer could only do afternoon appointments so we arranged a day, he then cancelled appointment on the day and agreed to a day a week later. The report came 2 days later which was good
