My order was, supposedly, shipped on August 10th. It is now August 28th.
I called last week. A lady said she would contact the SHIPPER and find out what was going on. Give her until Tuesday. I called on Wednesday. After the initial recording. The phone call was terminated.
I then Sean email to the SUPPORT team.
I received an email stating the same thing the lady told me last week.
So. In my humble opinion. This is either a ripoff or, one of the most unorganized companies in the world.

This is a terrible company, don't order. I ordered oregano oil but no subscription wanted. I got a notification of an order coming, I emailed them saying I don't want a subscription and cancel any orders . I got an eemail stating I had no subscription and no future orders. I got an email today of a delivery and took money from my account. They have no way of canceling through their website. Kathy French

Never received, but they sure let me know they received my payment. Never again...Got scammed. I did order before and did receive, although it took weeks. Cannot get a response

Never received product. No update on shipping. Confirmed next shipment, after never receiving first month shipment. I'm sure I'm out $35.00 .

I placed an order for beet chews mid may,I followed up mid June they claimed order was still coming.i requested a refund through my cc company due to never receiving,not even tracking.its a scam go to cvs and buy force factor beet chews off the shelf.once my cc company touched base with them they sent an email stating courier issues..

Order there product on 6/11/26 it’s now 6/26/26 and still no product. E-mailed them numerous times and keep getting the same old line thank you for your patience and we will get back to you. Then they offered me a partial refund on the 20th and still no tracking available. Stay away from this company. You have been warned.

Horrible company; filing complaint with the BBB

Very slow delivery. I emailed them and they gave excuses of your order has already shipped and on its way, occasionally couriers experience delays in updating tracking information or scanning packages in real time. It's been three weeks and they did say it could take 18 days. Tracking with USPS says it is still waiting for the item in FRANKLIN, IL. Quick customer service, but very deceptive on delivery times. We shall see....
