People should specify which website they've been having problems with. The benshermanus.com website may be fraudulent. Instead, I ordered through the official Ben Sherman site in the U.K. and my item shipped immediately and arrived in a short time. There was a flaw in the collar, which prevented me from giving it as a gift but after my complaint, they responded immediately and asked me to return it to them, as they partner with a local charity that accepts less than perfect clothing. After that, they'd refund my money. They also sent me a 25% off coupon for my trouble. Other items I've ordered from Ben Sherman in recent years, including last Christmas, have all arrived quickly and in flawless condition, so be careful out there. There seem to be imposters floating around. I'd give them 5 stars since I have to go to the hassle of returning the item, but I guess for fashion's sake (and pleasing my husband) it's worth it.

Company just needs to close for good.

Ein Stern ist noch zuviel. Die Kommunikation mit dem Costumer Support ist nicht möglich. Der angegebene Link funktioniert nicht. Ein Umtausch und eine Rückerstattung ist somit nicht möglich. Ware wurde per PayPal gekauft. PayPal mauert und hilft nicht weiter. Nie wieder!

Die Kommunikation von Informationen zu Retouren ist einfach schlecht. Ich weiß bis heute nicht, ob meine Rücksendung bearbeitet wird und ob ich mein Geld zurück bekomme.

They produce great products, but their customer service experience is appalling. This makes it very difficult for me to continue buying their products.

Used to love this brand, but now they have closed down their service, it appears. It has now been over 30 days since they received my returns, and they claim they have sent me the refund, but it never arrives.

They are untrustworthy and there is no communication with them. I ordered 4 items from them, the purchase charged to my credit card. Three weeks later the package arrived with 2 MISSING items. Ben Sherman was informed of the missing 2 items and there was NO response from them after 2 emails. After I contacted the credit card company, Ben Sherman refunded me $12.00 less the total amount I paid. Fortunately, the credit card company is dealing with the problem. Their game is bait and switch. No loyalty to customers.

When you go on the website and see a discounted sale price, as soon as you select your size it reverts back to the original price.i have complained several times and had an assurance it would be fixed. One week later they’re still ripping off their customers.

I see I am not alone with my lone star review. I ordered a pair of boots in August - order accepted confirmed. I wait - no news, I email (twice) and no response, I phone and join a queue and am caller no.1 and cut off (seven times over 2 days) - I call again on third day and my call is answered only to be told my order was cancelled (now nearly two weeks after my order) - I have not had any correspondence about the cancellation nor a refund. The boots I ordered I had originally ordered in April but they got ‘lost’ so when they turned up on sale again I reordered. I have sent a mail of complaint had no response and still await my refund. Ben Sherman we’re very good but now more BS - think twice before ordering online

I ordered 2 polo shirts online, got an email back saying one isn't in stock, they will send refund back to my account, I'm still waiting after 4 weeks, returned 2nd polo shirt through Evri, return confirmed, chased refund 4 times through email, no response, phone 4 times phone cuts off even though I am 1 in the queue. Now they have emailed asking for proof of return from Evri, this firm is a proper joke, will i ever get my money back, how can you speak to someone when emails aren't replied to & phone cuts you off.

Faulty goods, zero response to emails. A return of defective boots was simply not processed despite return being confirmed, and the replacement pair ordered on the same day were never sent, with no communication at all.

PayPal fortunately refunded both orders, otherwise I am confident I would have been charged twice with no recourse.

Do not purchase from them under any circumstances.

Ordered three polo shirts 10 days ago - the order was accepted and delivery given as 3-7 working days. Today (i.e. 10 days later), I have received a notification that two items are out of stock and the one remaining item will be despatched soon. They have said that a refund will be given in 5 working days - they shouldn't have taken the money at all if they didn't have the goods to sell! Wished I'd read the reviews before placing the order!

Not very reliable been trying to contact customer services listen to music for 5 minutes and then get cut off this has happened 4 times also sent an email 3 days a go they said they would get back to me within 2 days nothing happy to take your money no problem but anything else do not want to know

Terrible customer service. Avoid at all costs.

USE A CREDIT CARD NOT DEBIT so that you can get your money back and the bank will go after them

They are not good and bad customer service. I can not get my order and my refund. This is the worst company ever.

Awful service. Ordered an item for next day delivery. Despite ringing 4 times and emailing being told issue with warehouse. Twice received postage emails and then after two weeks order cancelled saying out of stock. Item still available online

Very nice staff at Ben Sherman Spalding very nice experience particularly liked the help given by Jake and Charlotte very helpful when picking out a shirt to match my suit.

Purchased a few things for my husband’s birthday. The jogging bottoms were too big so i asked to return them with the plan to buy some more in a smaller size. I used the return label provided that i had to pay for. They have received the item back but i still have not received a refund and no response to me email i sent 4 days ago from customer services. The same time i had purchased some items off superdry. One of them i had to also return, sent on the same day as the ben sherman order.The superdry one I didn’t have to pay to return it, they have received it, given me my refund and i have also received my order that i then did for a different size. I will be sticking to superdry from now on.
