Ben Sherman Arvostelua 

I recently purchased a pair of moccasins for indoor use and the stitching failed within the month under light wear conditions. I reached out to Ben Sherman for assistance and they weren't interested in rectifying the issue.
In summary dreadful product, poor customer service.

Poor quality. Regret buying. One wash and it's finished.

The reputation of Ben Sherman has drastically fallen. The shirts are made in Bangladesh with thin, poor quality material and listed in small Asian sizes; not the standard Europe /American sizes. I assume they do this to cut costs on the amount of poor material they use to make the shirts. The company is now equivalent to the cheap knock off clothing companies seen in the East. It's hard to believe that they were once an iconic high quality British clothing company. BUYER BEWARE!!

I was given a $75 Ben Sherman gift card years ago and recently tried to redeem it. Their website no longer accepts gift cards online, so per their own FAQ I contacted customer service — and waited over two weeks for a reply both times I reached out. Their first response claimed it must be a third-party card, which was false; their own FAQ proves they issue gift cards directly. Weeks later, their final answer was that the card was 'too old' to honor, despite it having no stated expiration date. Over a balance of $75, Ben Sherman showed me they're willing to take a customer's money, ignore them for weeks, and then simply refuse to deliver what was paid for. Terrible customer service and a company that doesn't stand behind its own gift cards. I'd think twice before buying anything from them, gift card or otherwise.

Great buying experience, nice shirts in the sale all delivered promptly and with good comms. Needed a new set of shirts for a new job and Ben Sherman have come to the rescue.

Terrible delivery service that never actually managed to get close delivering to the house whilst falsely stating that they had missed me. Blatant lies. This service is DPD.

When I tried to follow this up with Ben Sherman customer services and of course I just got AI generated guff. Really not good enough.

Honestly will never buy another Ben Sherman shirt.

Appalling

I ordered a sweater from them during a sale, and a week later, they sent an email—without explaining why—stating that my order had been cancelled and asking if I wanted to place it again. I emailed them to ask the reason for the cancellation, but they didn't reply. When I went back to place the order, the price of the sweater was five times what I had originally paid. I think that was a dirty, low, and unprofessional move; if they made a mistake, they should have taken responsibility for it.

I ordered three items, but only one of them arrived, and it took three weeks to get here. I contacted them several times by email, but never received a response. Is this website some kind of scam? I don't understand how they can operate a business this way. The lack of communication and customer service is absolutely bizarre.

Ben sherman est devenue une bien triste marque, cette marque fait le choix de travailler avec des livreurs improbables, résultat délai à rallonge et surtout renvoi impossible, car aucun commerçant ne prend les livraisons Evri inconnu en France.

En ce qui concerne la qualité c'est plus que décevant, pour ce prix un polo fabriqué au bangladesh avec des mensurations complétement farfelues et une matière vraiment cheap.

Ça sera ma dernière commande pour ma part malgré un attachement de jeunesse envers cette marque, je ne peux pas cautionner de telles pratiques commerciales. Je vais me concentrer sur des vêtements plus éthiques et plus durables.

I like Ben Shearmon styling but the quality is absolute pants. T shirts too thin and can't compare with somebody like Next. Shirts aren't much better however they weren't always like that. I have 3 bombers but look elsewhere for similar and the quality sizing and fit are in my opinion better.

Ich kann von Bestellungen bei Ben Sherman aus Deutschland nur abraten. Die auf der Website angegeben Rücksendungskosten in Höhe von 12,00 € entsprechen nicht den tatsächlichen Rücksendungskosten. Nach meiner Rücksendung sind mir ohne Vorwarnung rund 30,00 € von meiner Erstattung abgezogen worden. Diese intransparente Kommunikation kommt einer Täuschung sehr nahe!

Ordered in stock Heritage Check Shirt, paid, got confirmation email then a day later received another email saying would refund me as out of stock. Funny that, was in stock when I ordered and now can’t even get a shirt for the occasion I wanted as I now have to wait up to five days just to get MY money back.
I wonder how much money they make keeping funds in accounts doing this all the time!

Why the Olympic team picked Ben Sherman is unfathomable. Tom Daley should be ashamed to be involved with a company that is morally bankrupt. They take order for goods they don't have, send our wrong items and then will not refund unless you pester them. I implore you not to use them for your own peace of mind.

Ich kann die negativen Bewertungen nicht nachvollziehen. Kurz vor Weihnachten habe ich mir auf der deutschen Ben-Sherman-Seite ein Hemd in zwei Größen bestellt. Da die Lieferung aus England erfolgte und das Bestellvolumen vor Weihnachten natürlich hoch ist, hat es ein paar Tage gedauert, aber wenn man den Weg des Paketes samt Zollabfertigung bedenkt (dank Tracking gut nachvollziehbar), ist das keine Überraschung. Die Retoure funktionierte auch gut. Natürlich braucht man auch hier etwas Geduld, aber letztlich ging alles gut. Ich habe ein DHL-Retouren-Label erhalten und hatte keinerlei Probleme. Und das Hemd sieht super nice aus, also hat es sich sehr gelohnt.

Die bestellte Jacke kam recht fix aus UK bei mir an, trotz Weihnachtszeit und der bekannten Versandsituation in dieser Zeit. Die Jacke selbst war, trotz korrekter Größe, zu groß und der Schnitt im Allgemeinen eher etwas für kräftigere Personen.
Vom Support kam keine Rückmeldung und nach etwas Recherche konnte ich mir selbst erklären, wie der Rückversand organisiert wird. Aufgrund der schlechten Rezensionen hier, habe ich die Jacke einfach behalten, weil ich zum Versand und zum Kaufpreis nicht auch noch den Rückversand (12,-€) zahlen wollte, ohne mir sicher sein zu können mein Geld jemals wieder zu bekommen.
Schade, dass ich die Erfahrungen anderer Kunden nicht vor dem Kauf gelesenen habe, sonst hätte ich sicher nichts dort bestellt.

I implore you not to use Ben Sherman online. I returned items in November, and still no refund. Despite numerous phone calls and promises - they are now blaming my "bank" (I paid using AMEX).

I've had enough - so I'm getting AMEX to get my money back using Section 75.

Vorsicht!!! "Ben Sherman" vertreibt Artikel ausschließlich über seinen Webshop. Retouren sind theoretisch möglich. Jedoch: Retourenlabels sind ungültig, sind von Ben Sherman ausgewiesenen deutschen Spediteuren bzw. Paketshops nicht lesbar. Der Kontakt zum Kundenservice wie auch zum englischen Spediteur EVRI, von dem das Rücksendelabel stammt. ist nicht möglich. Beide reagieren nicht auf Anfragen. Der Telefonsupport ist nie zu erreichen. Selbst auf dem Kundenportal findet man seine Bestellung nicht mehr.
Es kann nur dringend davon abgeraten werden, bei "Ben Sherman" etwas zu bestellen.
Caution!!! Ben Sherman sells items exclusively through its online shop. Returns are theoretically possible. However: Return labels are invalid and cannot be read by Ben Sherman's designated German carriers or parcel shops. It is not possible to contact customer service or the English shipping company EVRI, which issued the return label. Neither respond to enquiries. Telephone support is never available. Even on the customer portal, it is no longer possible to find your order.
We strongly advise against ordering anything from ‘Ben Sherman’.

I emailed the customer service email
as listed on the website’s Contact page and received no response for over a week.

I then tried the email address provided in my order confirmation, but every attempt results in an “undelivered mail returned to sender” error.

I also contacted them via Instagram with no response. To make matters worse, the contact page linked in their Instagram bio returns an HTTP error.

I’ve now followed up four times on every available channel and haven’t received a single reply. Completely unacceptable customer service and extremely frustrating.

To note, my order was placed on Dec 15. It is now 1/2 and I have not received it, nor have I had any indication of the item being shipped at all.

I wish i could give zero stars. I returned an item which they received on 28th November. They stated refund would be within 7 working days, still waiting!!😡😡
