Cheap and poor quality goods with incorrect sizing.
If you try and return wrongly sized goods you have to send them back to an individual at an obscure address in China. If the courier can find the address there was, in my case, nobody willing to take delivery.
Mis-sized goods are the same as defective goods but they make the whole returns process so complicated you will accept a 30% discount.
If you want shoddy, cheap and wrongly sized goods this is the site for you.

Warning!!! These Chinese crooks need to be put out of business. They blatantly false advertise and are laughing all the way to the bank. If I was in China, I would hunt them down and put a kink in their supply chain.

We ordered the black cat stone statues. Spent over $200 for 7 of them. They just arrived and they do not look anything like the photos and they are not stone at all. They are hand painted wood. They look like cheap knock offs. Highly dissatisfied.

This company, Bennett and Mason, is absolutely awful. Firstly, their fake advertisement about the elderly couple retiring and so having to close down was click bait and nothing more.
Secondly, I ordered a pair of supposedly leather shoes, costing £60, which took a month to arrive from China. The shoes started to peel and fall apart after just 3 months. I requested a refund which they rejected. I would not ever order from these crooks again. I've since bought a real pair of leather shoes that took just two days to arrive and they are real top quality leather. The difference is incredible. Don't waist your money on these con merchants. I will be reporting this bad company to uk Trading Standards to investigate.

Only one item received. Huge lies about deliveries in transit etc etc. This is a very well organised and highly deceptive scam. I see they are “opening soon” on their “website”. Fortunately my bank refunded the cost of undelivered goods.

It would be a negative 5 stars if there was such a rating. The products are extremely low quality, does not match anything close to what is shown in the website. IT IS A TRUE SCAM! Do not buy the products of this company. I am not sure how they stay in business with such an unethical and deceiving business practice.

I'd give no stars if possible. Bennet and Mason has been giving us the runaround for weeks concerning returning acheaply made Vietnam Era M65 Style field Jacket. The cost is prohibative and they told us it'll be expensive so we might as well just keep it. This is a sham/scam company. Do not order from them.

Terrible, extremely low quality news produced Chinese rubbish. Being advertised as Hand made British. Impossible to return without occurring massive costs.

Products were described as leather/soft leather/premium leather but were not - cheap thin plastic boots when they arrived. Sales pitch is misleading - they are based in China (not London) and returns have to be made to China at your own cost if you want a refund. They will offer "discount refunds" when contacted by email but refuse to fully refund unless the goods are returned (approx. £25 to send 2x pairs of boots back to China). I'm annoyed I was sucked in but will just have to put it down to experience. Do not buy anything from this lot as they are totally hooky. I contacted UK Trading Standards but they say there is nothing they can do as the company is based in China. Caveat Emptor!

False advertising. Too expensive to return the items bought. Absolute rip off, avoid at all costs!
Quality of the product is terrible. I wish I'd checked on here before buying from them. Bought some 'leather' products, they've never seen a cow in their life!

They claimed that they were a UK based company, selling hand made high quality footwear, sadly closing down. Images almost certainly AI generated showed aging cobblers with their wares. Boots that had been £200 reduced to £60. Suspicions raised when tracking showed them arriving at airport and clearing customs! Product received, cheap rubbish, not worth £60 in the first place. Do not get taken in by this scam!

As many other reviewers have stated, this is a fake website run by scammers in China. It is certainly not a long established UK firm where the partners are retiring, as portrayed by its website. The shoes and shirts I ordered took many weeks to arrive and, when they did, they were of really poor quality.

I emailed the company who originally offered me a 20% refund to keep the goods, which I declined, and then informed me I would have to return the goods at my own expense to China.

The only silver lining from this was my credit card company was excellent in providing me with a refund and my local charity shop now has some (albeit mediocre) clothing it can sell for a few quid.

This is a scam and run by fraudsters. Avoid at all costs,

I ordered a sweater and a shirt from them. After almost a month I received the package, but the product had nothing to do with the one in the picture. There were threads hanging from the sweaters, and the shirt looked like the ears of a sheet. I immediately sent an email for a return, to which they gave me a different address in China than the return address in the UK indicated on the package. Nevertheless, I paid more money to send the package to China and I have been waiting for a month, but the tracking code shows that the package is held at customs and is awaiting payment and despite my numerous emails I am still waiting. Do not shop from this site, because this is a scam and it is very difficult to get your money back.

Poor quality shoes sold by a fake English company. Sadly I was deceived by the advert on Facebook and bought two pairs of boots. I discovered afterwards that it was a scam. The shoes are not of high quality but cheaply mass-produced in China and sold as handmade in England. After about a month they arrived and although the Chelsea boots were wearable they were certainly cheap-looking. Having looked up other reviews I have to agree that this is a case of more Chinese rubbish sold as quality goods. Buyer beware: Bennett and Mason does not exist and never has. It’s a barefaced confidence trick! Lesson learned on my part. Never again!

Fake AI images to make you believe the company had a shoe and history making shoes. Referred to address as London. Then get 2 pairs of shoes, one wrong size and one wrong colour. Both cheap, massive manufactured and not hand made as claimed. Then told to return it has to be at my own cost and back to China. Completely fraudulent.

Really incredible these fraudsters are still able to run this advert a defraud hundreds more victims. I have reported it to the police and advertising standards “authority” and facebook. All those organisations should have stepped up and taken action. My story is the same as everyone else. Paid £300 for 7 pairs of shoes, they were of dreadful quality, made of cheap man made materials and undersized. They were not artisan, carefully constructed by two retiring english cobblers of leather. Shipped direct from China. Came in 2 packages ( thrown together in a factory wrapped plastic) and were sent back or delivery refused. I complied with the returns policy but it is crystal clear I will not get a penny back. Get involved with them at your peril!

Please be aware of seller, this is a Chinese organisation posing as a U.K. based company.

I ordered both clothing and Shoes from this organisation and was shocked when I received the package.

The clothing arrived in a plastic bag and had an awful smell, what appeared to be some kind of kerosine or equipment fluids.

The returns process is nonexistent and via email only, with the expectation that you ship the product back to Ningo China at your own expense. Once they keep offering you discounts to keep the product.

Quality of the products are extremely poor with the sizes inconsistent to UK standards and the shoes made of plastic soles and poor quality manufacturing.

I suspect I will kiss goodbye to the money I have spent in this transaction.
