A modern take on classic Moroccan artistry; love our rug!
Our rug is gorgeous! Colors are true to the photos online and the weave is thick and soft. Very pleased with the quality of the Ouraida Shag Moroccan Rug; it's made our space so colorful and cozy.
The lead time would be my only flag. I know handmade, quality items take time to be constructed, but there was no communication after purchase to keep us updated on progress and timing. I had to chase for an update when 12 weeks passed and we hadn't received our rug or any communication. Our rug arrived 14 weeks after purchase, which was 2-4 weeks later than the estimated 10-12 weeks provided on the website.

Gorgeous Rug - Just as advertised
The rug took about two months to get to me which was what the original timeline was for the delivery. It came well packaged and was exactly as advertised. Gorgeous coloring, soft foot feel, and really elevates the room. I got the Ouraida rug.

I ordered two rugs from Benisouk - Rushda and Elegance. The Rushda rug perfectly brought together my bedroom decor, and the Elegance rug is an amazing soft and complimentary addition to my living room. The rugs are exactly as imaged on the website and arrived within the promised time frame. There was ample information regarding shipment and delivery details. A very positive experience overall.

It felt risky to buy a vintage rug online and I had trouble choosing. They were very responsive and gave me further information about the rugs I was considering. When I chose my rug, it was absolutely beautiful when it arrived. We love it, so unique, soft and vibrant. Would love to get another rug from Benisouk !

Lovely vintage rug
Our rug added a really lovely warmth to our bedroom. I will say that it did arrive a bit wet and rolled up and we had to get it cleaned by a third party before we could put it in our room. But once it was clean, it was gorgeous. Very recommended over other questionable internet rug services.

Very Pleased!
Everything done online, so ordering an expensive rug was a leap of faith. There was also an extensive (10-12 week) wait time for the rug, but it was worth the wait. it's a lovely rug and fits my newly renovated room wonderfully. and my pet's love it too - the 100% wool rug is now their favorite place to nap!

The quality and softness of my Beni Ourain is unmatched.
I worked with Benisouk on a custom Beni Ourain rug with an unusual size. They were very helpful and responsive. I don't often purchase rugs online but working with Benisouk made the process easy and gave me confidence in the quality and authenticity so I decided to make the purchase. The rug arrived a few weeks early and it's absolutely beautiful! The quality and the softness of the wool is unmatched and truly elevates the living space.
