Peter made an otherwise intimidating situation extremely comfortable. I was given background on diamonds and settings and honest answers to questions I had about pricing. There was a slight mix-up with the diamond and setting and Peter handled it better than I could have imagined. He honored a price that we agreed upon during my first visit even though, because of the mix-up, the ring I was receiving was much more expensive. I am confident in saying that I would not have received that treatment had I gone elsewhere and had there been the same mix-up. I will absolutely, without reservation, recommend Ben Garelick to family and friends.
