Ben Garelick jewelers is an incredible company. I have been buying my pieces here for many years, starting with my wedding bands and engagement ring to anniversary pieces and custom makes. Everyone there is very nice and pleasant to work with. They are knowledgeable and accommodating. I really appreciate their overall selection of jewelry. Their work and craftsmanship is excellent! As a whole, I feel, a superior jeweler. I am very pleased with my overall experience, and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a high quality piece with a knowledgeable and courteous staff to back it up. Definitely my jeweler now and in the future!!

Salesperson in store was tremendously helpful in store, explaining the different grades for the diamonds, and getting us a little hands on learning. Peter Jr. was great about replying to emails, even when the store was closed. Most importantly, she loves the ring and said yes.

Wanted a new modern band for my husband and bought a very reasonable one. While we waited for my rings to be cleaned they let me try on other rings. I was never pressured and had fun trying on new styles. We left with only a new ring for my husband.

Just love the wedding bands we purchased!! The service was great, I loved working with Peter Sr. We had a couple bumps in the road where the wrong size band was ordered for my husband a couple of times but they made it right by overnighting the correct band so we had it in time for the wedding! About a month ago I found myself in a very tight situation. The local jeweler I was using for my fiancés engagement ring jerked me around every which way possible. At the time, I thought all hope was lost in obtaining the ring before our vacation that I had planned to propose on. The very same evening I left the jeweler with no hope I came across Ben Garelick online. It wasn't very long after I discovered their website that I had received an email back from Peter Manka Jr. Not only was Mr Manka able to get his hands on the engagement ring I was in search of but he was able to pull a miricle and expedite the process to meet my deadline just in time. I live in Illinois. When it came to deciding what diamond was chosen for the ring, the decision was made between Mr Manka and his jeweler. In all honesty I was a bit worried because I couldn't see it in person. All I could do is have faith. Words cannot describe how perfect and beautiful the setting and diamond turned out to be. I owe a big thanks to the team at Ben Garelick. Without them I wouldn't have had the ring in time for the planned proposal. From the customer service, to the product, to quality of the entire experience, I rate this outfit 5/5. I will go through them for any future jewelry inquiry's and purchases.
