Benchmark Golf Arvostelua

I placed an order by mistake and although the product was sent out in spite of me cancelling, Mark with customer support was very helpful in providing me with a return label and processing my refund promptly once I shipped the product back. Thanks Mark!

Made a mistake on my order and Mark quickly responded and rectified. Great to have a real person to assist get it sorted instead of a robot for once. Thanks Mark!

Was having an issue with my swings not uploading on the app. Mark was very helpful with different things to try until we did get it working properly. Great customer service.

Mark goes above and beyond! He's always quick to respond, resolved my shipping issue right away, and even answered my tech question about the app within 15 minutes on a weekend. This is what true customer service looks like. Thank you, Mark!

Mark! I placed my order with the incorrect shipping and billing address. I sent an email explaining my mistake. I gave him the correct information and he updated it. Just received my product today. Thanks Mark. It's a gift for my husband and I know he will love it.

Niqui was an amazing and very kind customer service rep, she answered my questions as quickly as possible. Excited to get my mat and I’m hoping that a certain point they’ll be able to include drivers as a part of the sim

Slight problem with my order quickly and politely resolved. Thanks very much! Great customer service.

Need to return setup ... not enough room. So far everyone has been understanding and helpful.

This is by far the biggest let down you will buy. The biggest waste of 100$ I've ever seen, literally is inaccurate with yardage and swing patterns. Every club you hit it's gonna say chunky and the furthest it will go is 120yards. It barely will process the swings you make, you'll have to re swing several times before it finally will process the swing. It freezes on the app after just a few uses the mat will start deteriorating and falling apart. Basically everything to do with this shit is a scam I bought it cause I truly thought it looked like fun and would help me somewhat improve a little with my golf game instead I wasted 100 dollars and was greatly disappointed. Would not recommend buying especially if your someone who is somewhat passionate about golf.

The amount of effort that is put in to there customer service from Mark is immaculate. From the time i reached out about my problem then within 24 hours i had a new mat being shipped as a replacement.

To the workers that helped me i would like to say thank you for helping me resolve my
Problem instead of just blowing it by. This is one of the best gifts my dad has naught me and it broke and then you guys sent me out replacement without me having deal with a hassle.

It is a great company overall and I hope that this review helps you buy the best training tool for a new golfer money can buy.

This isn’t specifically about the product itself, however I did run into a critical problem with the product upon receiving it, and I’d just like to say that the customer service aspect of the company was phenomenal. I wrote a long email last night, and got a response first thing in the morning answering everything from Mark. Mark was a huge help to this process and I really appreciate the care and time he took to help me.

Great customer service

My email asking for customer service was answered very promptly and thoroughly and resolved my issue immediately

The representative that I last dealt with was awesome!

I recently dealt with Mark from Benchmark Golf. He was helpful and thorough and although I think the returns process is more lengthy then it needs to be, the service I received was good. Mark followed up multiple times and helped me with every step. We ended up not keeping the product but were happy with the service and response we received from the company.

Pretty seamless refund process, aside from having to follow up (issue on my end as I did not submit my tracking number). Mark was responsive and very helpful throughout the process and expedited my refund promptly. Great customer service was appreciated!

Quick shipping. Excellent support email. Solved a minor issue quickly. I would suggest including instructions and gift code for a gift recipient to sign in and access everything using a different email than purchaser’s.

Mark with the customer support team was extremely helpful and fast with responding. Appreciate him greatly!

Niqui was great at keeping me informed about my order, and when the shipment got lost in transit she simply offered to send a replacement and new shipping info. Great customer service!
