Coach niqui was pretty helpful with getting back to me when I wanted to cancel my order. From the reviews, I thought it would be harder to cancel my order and get a refund, but he helped the process go smoother. If the app gets cheaper and their reviews get better, I will purchase again thanks too having no hassle with a cancellation

Niqui was great at getting my problem sorted! As far as customer service goes, they get 5 stars. The quality of the mat however is what brings this review down a bit. Completely falling apart after only a handful of uses, and once it starts to fall apart, the damage just keeps going. Would be nice if replacement mats were cheaper considering how fragile they are.

The app is fun and the experience is genuinely a great time (my swing has improved substantially because of this), however I was a little disappointed when my mat broke down after only about a week of play. However, I reached out to the help team, and they offered me great customer service and are sending me a new replacement mat! Specifically, coach Mark was great to work with and very understanding. Hopefully this next mat does a better job haha!

I eneded up having issues with my mat, sent an email and ended up getting in contact with Mark. Mark replied with in just a few hours and immediately resolved my issue with out problem. Product is garbage!!! I took one swing and the mat disintegrated! The app does not register the swing. Funny how all of the five star reviews are in regards to returns, not how well the product performed.

I really wanted this to work for my husband, but due to several back surgeries he was not quite ready to pick up a golf club quite yet. Mark made the return quick and easy. Hope to revisit Benchmark Golf when my husband is feeling more comfortable playing again!

Mark, your Customer Service Representative was understanding regarding my refund request (missed delivery date owing to carrier of product for delivery.) Refund was promptly issued and correspondence was comprehensive for success in re-placing order this coming Spring.

This review is concerning service ticket CS-19018. I was very impressed with the speed with the initial response to my issue. Mark struck the right tone with his concern and acknowledgement of the problem. He expedited the issue up quickly and always answered my emails. The problem was resolved to my satisfaction and I'm very happy with the Golf at Home product and customer service "Coach" Mark provided.

I purchased a benchmark golf daddy and absolutely love. When I was closing the tri pod one for the legs broke. I immediately contacted the company and within minutes I got a response from Coach Mark. He asked me to take a picture of the tri pod and send it back to him. I few hours later he sent me an email saying they were sending me a new one! I couldn’t have asked for better help! I am definitely recommending this product to friends! Coach Mark was absolutely wonderful to work with very respectful and understanding with the whole problem!
