Ben Bridge Jeweler Arvostelua 4

I was looking forward to gifting my daughter jewelry this year for Valentine's Day only to find they sent me a box with folded logo tissue paper and no jewelry!!! I left messages with them and never received a call back so I reached back out to them and have yet to receive a reimbursement and the staff is giving me the run around. I even recorded me surprising her with the "gift" and sent it to them but the staff is treating me as if I'm not being truthful. So basically I have to wait to hear back from them as the rep Laura said they'll contact me back via email. Nothing yet.

The Assistant Manager at Rolex Boutique in Hawaii Mike Kwok, called a client a "FA@@OT" in front of me. I am a gay man and he has used derogatory slurs about gay men on multiple occasions in my presence. I was so offended I flew to the Ben Bridge Jewelers Corporate office in Seattle and complained to HR Director who gas lit me and did absolutely nothing and told me to my face while I was crying my eyes out that they weren't going to do anything. I am calling for him to be FIRED and I am calling on my LGBTQIA+ and OUR ALLIES to BOYCOTT The Homophobic protecting Ben Bridge Jewelers and all their businesses till such time. I am also calling on Google to not remove this post (1st Amendment) Also I have proof and am willing to speak to anyone about and share. I am a former employee who quit when I was able to. The main reason was the homophobic discrimination I was subjected to during my time their. Thank you.

I took my Cartier watch in for a battery and since they no longer have a watch maker here is Las Vegas they asked if they could send it out to the main location. I ignorantly said yes after being told that it would take about 2-3 weeks to return. I had another watch so the wait was OK with me. THEN AFTER 6 WEEKS OF ME WAITING (AND NO WATCH) I FINALLY CONTACTED THE MAIN OFFICE AND AFTER RAISING HOLY HECK via email......the Ben Bridge here is Vegas called and said my watch was here. When I went in to get the watch they had trouble finding it at first and said it wasn't there.....I almost lost it but then they finally found it.......I will NEVER USE THIS JEWELER AGAIN for anything and don't recommend anyone else does either. One of the sales people was quite arrogant when I first went in to check on my watch I said it was 4 weeks past the deadline (actually being 1 days short of that 4th week) and she said "Oh no, it wasn't 4 weeks at all" (quite arrograntly), meaning that the customer "me" was wrong!!!! Big mistake honey! That for sure left a really bad taste in my mouth and that is why I'm writing this review!

Ben Bridge does not pressure you to buy their jewelry. It is a very professional store.
