My 36,000 service was completed ahead of time and the car was washed and cleaned thoroughly. Jo Farren-Wilson (Bells Kia Northampton) was very courteous and efficient and rang me, as promised to tell me the car was ready for collection. Would recommend.

Also the lady next to Joanne has served me previously and was also very efficient and friendly. Thank you both.

From the time of arrival to driving away in my car I brought this company was flawless
The sales person (Peter) was absolutely fantastic nothing was to much trouble no rushing just making sure we got the right car and deal
Unfortunately Peter wasn’t there when we picked up the car but on the same par as Peter we met Luke also fantastic the hand over was like I was royalty explained how everything worked and set me up to my driving experience
This is definitely a experience that will be remembered for as long as I have the car and at that stage I will be back to bells Volvo

Neil Siddebottom gave us an excellent service. We were looking for a new car since ours had given up on us and although we had an idea of what we wanted, we didn’t think it was achievable. Neil went above and beyond to get us the vehicle we required and had our turnaround time within a week!
We feel so grateful to receive the outstanding service Neil gave us, considering we have been to many dealerships in the past and not received service like this.

The whole team were fantastic, really friendly and honest. They worked well to get me the deal I needed on the car I wanted. I initially dealt with Luke over the phone and then met Jade in store who dealt with my sale. Both were great and really helped me with deciding my car was for me!

My Kia Picanto had first service yesterday at the Northampton branch! On arrival, Jo Farren-Wilson checked it in. She was friendly and efficient and explained I would be called once the service had been completed. On arrival to collect she brought the car to me! I’ve been so happy with my car and now very satisfied with how efficiently the service was carried out.

Really positive experience. Helpful staff who guided us through the purchase process. We were kept up to date throughout the process and received our car 2 weeks earlier than expected. Neil was extremely helpful and made himself available whenever required.

This is my fourth car I got through Bell’s Kia Northampton and always had a very good experience. Our sales advisor Neil guided me patiently and professionally through the process, explaining what needed to be done, when by and why. There is a lot of paperwork now to do but with Neil’s support we got it done in good time. Absolutely love my car and the support does not end there as Neil also is available for when I have questions getting to know my new car.

Neil, our sales advisor was very friendly and allowed plenty of time to look over various models without fuss. He didn’t try to sell extras, and added an extension to the warranty free of charge, added to the already generous Kia warranty. Gave me additional time to collect the car. Overall a very good experience and hopefully the service department will carry on with the excellent customer experience. The Sportage we bought from them was in immaculate condition and fully serviced and checked by them. Look forward to using Bells for the servicing next year.

I contacted Kia on Bedford Road, Northampton in early 2025 regarding an issue with the lacquer peeling on my 69-plate (2019) Kia Sportage. Given the age and condition of the vehicle, I expected the matter to be taken seriously. The after-sales team told me the issue had to be assessed under warranty, but the claim was later refused without a clear explanation.

To try and resolve the matter, we also reached out directly to Kia Head Office. We were repeatedly told we would receive call-backs, yet no one ever contacted us. The lack of communication made the whole experience incredibly frustrating.

What makes this more disappointing is that Kia promotes a 7-year warranty, yet the paintwork is only covered for 5 years—something that was never explained at the time of purchase. Had I been informed, I would have known exactly where I stood instead of being passed around with no clarity or support.

I had genuinely been considering purchasing another Kia, but after this experience I chose to move to a different brand and model. I no longer feel confident in Kia’s after-sales care or customer service.

I hope this feedback is taken seriously and used to improve the transparency, communication, and overall service provided to loyal customers.
