I bought some trainers that looked great on Facebook. They took a month to arrive and then came with no paperwork, receipt or returns slips. There wasn't even any indication on the trainers as to their size (they were far too small) or where they were made. I am waiting to hear from their customer services.

The thoughtfully curated clothing lines are very well presented on the website with great pictures and sizing guidance

Received a jacket and wanted a smaller one. Contacted customer service multiple times and never heard back.

I ordered a cotton blazer from Belleza Republic. It took more than 2 weeks for delivery. The blazer was similar but definitely not the same one that I ordered. I reached out to customer service 3 different times over a 2 week process and I never heard back. These guys are bad actors. Run away.

A garment was smaller than indicated on the size chart however the customer service team was excellent in remedying the issue. They are eager and fair.

i really like the fashion and the service has been excellent so highly recommended the Frayed shirt i brought has received many comments so i have now ordered a second one in black 👍

Jacket definitely not tailored as shown in the pictures, cheap material, poor detailing, baggy, and shapeless.

Probably ok for gardening in, but certainly nowhere near good enough to wear in public. Big disappointment.

Normally, you can just kiss your money goodbye from these online clothing companies

Bellazza was incredibly receptive and provided a refund without complications

They let me know the interest level in their product surpass their ability to oversee quality control

I believe they have it figured out now, and I will buy from them again

I've read mixed reviews regarding this linen jacket which I appreciate given that it is very unstructured, unlined and also because it's not packed very well, it does arrive very creased. However, I like to wear a casual jacket with jeans and both the black and grey jackets are ok for that purpose, but probably is overpriced at c£70. I wouldn't necessarily recommend the jacket but if you're looking for a very casual slightly grunge look then they fit the brief.

excellent communication regarding expected delivery arrival & laundry directions for the jacket.

I used the size guide and ordered a M knowing that I can cinch the waist. It’s a great jacket with a nice style & good hardware. I have cinched the jacket with the interior string and placed the bow in the interior behind the back panel.

Ive been ignored in the past about products lve purchased from all different online companies lve paid and never received the items so disheartening makes you worry about ordering online ever again but when l ordered from BELLEZZA l bought the wrong size l thought oh here we go another disappointment but no yo sorted it quick style for me just waiting on my jacket to arrive fory Celebration Thankyou

Total scam. I ordered a jacket for 75$. I received something not even close to it nor in design nor in material. These are fraudsters

Trainers that I received were just a cheap, bad copy of the ones shown in the marketing photo. They absolutely were not the same item. I have emailed asking how I return and get a refund but, unsurprisingly, haven’t received a response. Very disappointing.

in order to get my money back. I had to pay $36 for shipment! Guess what happened? Package was returned to post office in my country. Cost of return is $30 so I left it there, I don't care for the garments, they are lousy any way.

Don't by anything from them because you'll get lowest quality chinese products.
I got money back because I insisted so hard but shipment cost are on me.
