Overall very good. Easy to use website and helpful and professional on phone when I contacted for clarification. Took a day longer than it said it would, but it was travelling quite far so I would have been surprised if they had managed ‘next day’ anyway. Item came without manufacturer’s box, but was well wrapped, had the paperwork, and looks brand new. It doesn’t appear to show any signs of being an ex-demo model - maybe part of a bundle or the original box was damaged, but I didn’t need the box anyway and warrantee registration runs off the receipt so overall happy with the purchase and would buy from them again with confidence.
