I had a defect with a gifted necklace. Initially the necklace was fine but after only a couple of wears one of the gems popped out. I commented on one of their posts about it and they immediately reached out to make the situation better. They sent me out a new necklace pretty shortly after.

Great quality service was fantastic delivery didn’t take to long at all products were better than expected and beautiful

I absolutely love the emerald heart necklace and earrings! The quality is lovely and the jewelry can most definitely be for a dressed up or dressed down look! The delivery service was great as well.

2 necklaces I purchased is stylish and quality made. These products are less expensive than real gold but you can't see the difference💛

I absolutely LOVE my necklace. Amazing quality and even better customer service. When my previous necklace broke, I reached out to notify them and they had a replacement to me within 2 weeks. I am definitely a life long customer and highly highly recommend this company and their products.

Beautiful and stunning necklace, true to the "never have to take it off" because I haven't. Love the weight, the stunning shine it gives off, and the dainty beautiful emerald heart. Exactly what I was hoping for. Quality amazing, shipping was fast. Over all extremely pleased

I couldn't be happier with my purchase! The jewellery is absolutely stunning—without a doubt the most beautiful piece I've ever owned. The craftsmanship and attention to detail are incredible, and it looks even better in person.

The customer service was just as impressive. The team was friendly, helpful, and professional from start to finish, making the whole experience smooth and enjoyable. I would highly recommend this company to anyone looking for beautiful jewellery and outstanding service. Five stars all the way!

It’s perfect! I have baught 3 now because I give them to my friends!

I absolutely love my bracelet and necklace! I’ve worn them every day since I received them. I like that both the necklace and bracelet are both thick so I don’t need to worry about them completely coming apart if they get stuck on clothing. I wear them when I shower and they are just as shiny as if they were white gold.
Pleasing to the eye, sturdy, waterproof. Love my purchase!

I love my Heart Necklace!!!!! It matches my personality elegant yet sturdy lol I also bought two for each of my sisters and they refuse to take it off!! They both said its the first necklace they had that looks amazing and can handle their active lifestyles!!! Also elevates their “going out” looks 🤍 Definitely one of my favorite purchases! I love it so much, I needed to get some for my sisters!!

The ring i ordered wasn't pink. This company sent me a new ring. I am very pleased with their customer service service!

Love my necklace. Clasp is easy to get on and off.
