Another great delivery service from Belgica. The staff were polite, careful and efficient.

They spotted that two of the chairs were a bit wobbly so have taken them away to replace them.

They showed great attention to detail in helping us to position the new furniture.

I went to Belgica after a friend recommended them. I have to say that they were very knowledgeable and professional. I ordered a Tetrad sofa and the delivery drivers were amazing and definitely went the extra mile. Can’t recommend this store enough!

Customer service here is appalling. Sales staff are unhelpful and give the impression you're an inconvenience upon their day. The owner, in responding to constructive criticism, seems to think it's clever to attempt to belittle customers in his responses, portaying everything that you don't want in a customer focussed environment. Won't be back and I'd advise to take a wide berth. Don't deserve our/your hard earned cash.

I cannot recommend this company highly enough. Very friendly, helpful staff. From Jo on the sales floor to Aiden the delivery driver the service was fantastic. We really appreciated the time taken to help us with our purchases. The communication from the store was excellent. A well run organisation with customer service at its core.

Why reply so flippantly, to very fair & serious questions, without addressing what actually occurred

The cafe is within the furniture store & is very nice. They are usually fairly busy with customers having cake and beverages.
Following several recent pleasant visits, including having lunch. we arrived for lunch as a party of four and had a quite horrific experience, including being mocked by front of house staff, when complaining over the contents of one one of the lunches, plus being unable to all eat together at the same time. May have been a one off, but the attitude from staff was not what one would expect from anyone involved in the Hospitality sector.

We met with Jo to discuss the colour coordination of our lounge furniture. We found her to be knowledgeable and helpful and her expertise gave us great confidence. She also went out of her way to meet us at a convenient location for us. Our whole experience was highly satisfactory and we are very pleased with the customer service we have received from both Jo and Belgica.

Over many years it has always been a pleasure shopping at Belgica but during all the recent difficulties they and particularly Keira have certainly gone above and beyond. They have excelled during a long wait for my newbuild property to be completed. As dates changed and came and went, I was always met with friendly smiles and support. This great customer service also comes with very competetive prices. Service from the delivery guys was also excellent. A big thank you to the whole team at Belgica.

We selected a chair and stool from their Bo'ness store. The staff were friendly, welcoming and helpful. We did not feel pressurised or hurried and we got to see, feel and "test" the chair and stool - a big plus over online shopping.

We had to wait for delivery - very frustrating for an impatient shopper - but they were true to their word and delivered within the expected timeframe. The quality of the goods was excellent, and the delivery was one of the best I can remember. The 2-man delivery team were obliging, efficient and professional. They unwrapped the goods and removed all packaging. They assembled the goods in situ in our upstairs room, gave us guidance on usage / maintenance and requested that we examine the goods before signing off on the delivery. All in all, very impressive and this is the way all deliveries should be made.

Excellent experience. I was followed in the purchase by Jo with valuable advice. I thus purchased a beautiful marble-topped table and six chairs perfectly in line with the style of my home. Last but not least, the delivery team was perfect despite the objective difficulties (table of about 120KG carried upstairs by a stair only 1 metre wide).

I had visited so many furniture stores trying to find a robust and worth-the-money sofa to meet family needs and was never quite convinced by what I came across. Belgica was recommended by discerning friends and when I went along, met Jo Mickel (Interiors), who listened carefully to my exact needs and spent a long time patiently helping me work through options. Jo is honest, practical, professional and will offer options that help and often positively challenge what you think you should have. Thank you too to Janey for amazing all round curtain expertise. We found Belgica a great company to work with. Nice people with an interested and caring attitude. We really feel we had a full part in creating a look that we love and works for our family. Family atmosphere in the shop and a great restaurant/coffee shop to boot. Justin makes a great cup of coffee! We will be returning customers.

I definitely would recommend Jo for a design experience. Wow!! My room is transformed! I couldn't make up my mind on my own, jo was patient and understanding, working within my budget to turn a boring couple of rooms into something special which I will love for years to come.. Worth every penny... X

We had excellent service from all staff at Belgica with our recent update of our lounge, but in particular Jo Mickel and Janie (the curtain guru!) who provided patient and friendly service to help us decide on a theme.

My husband and I struggle to decide on styles, so Jo had her work cut out, but we are delighted with the finished look, thank you so much !!

After an exhausting search for furniture for our new extension, we were so glad to have engaged with the interiors team at Belgica. Jo Mickel created 3D drawings for our remodelled dining/lounge/ kitchen, took us on personal shopping tours, created presentations and recommendations- she really tuned into our visions and hopes. The end result is beautiful. We are thrilled with everything!

Friendly professional service from all the staff at Belgica, we recently bought a sofa which lead onto meeting Jo Mickel, the interior designer, her expertise, knowledge & attention to detail ensured that we were delighted with the results. We will definitely use them again in the future.

Lovely showroom and furniture all ordered and delivered no problems but don’t bother with the interior design service. Was supposed to do three rooms in our house but once we were sold an expensive sofa never heard anything else. No furnishings, no finishing touches and no further contact. Waste of time and money! Sofa is lovely to be fair

We have bought from Belgica for many years. Great ideas and often have that "something different" that we are looking for. Our latest dining table and chairs are no exception and we are delighted with the whole process from order to delivery. No fuss, great service.

One star is too good for this company.
I have had over a year worth of hassle after being provided with faulty sofas from Belgica, which we have finally returned. They avoided refunding our deposit for 5 weeks claiming that the managing director was on holiday and only he could issue a refund.
After a phonecall from my partner to Belgica, which resulted in him getting frustrated at their lack of customer service, I finally received a response from the managing director advising that he will be considering his options with regards to the phone call, but we should phone back and ask nicely for our money! Not as if we've just waited 5 weeks and had over a year worth of stress from them!!
I responded to his email to which he replied "I don't remember us being on first name terms, won't be expecting a xmas card" - how professional.
Anyway, we received our deposit back and I posted a negative review on my personal Facebook (since you can't post reviews on their Facebook - wonder why!). The managing director didn't like this and has actually taken to contacting MY EMPLOYER and writing a thinly veiled threat via email saying "I think bad reviews go a long way. Hayley can't afford a defamation case!"

Well, it's only defamation if it's lies. Everything I have stated is true and I have written evidence of. So I suggest you look into the meaning of 'defamation'. Also, contacting my employer about a personal matter could be seen as harassment and against GDPR law.

Avoid this company at all costs, otherwise you'll have to deal with this extremely unprofessional customer service.

We had a first rate experience with Belgica. We ordered the Italian Camel Onda high gloss white bedroom range for a very large bedroom and so there were a lot of units, unit of six wardrobes and a unit of three, two long six drawer chests of drawers, dressing table and bedframe. Their designer came out and gave us some very useful tips and drew up a plan. The owner Michael, a professional to his fingertips, then reviewed and perfected the whole thing along with the designer. The furniture was then ordered and their delivery time of eight to ten weeks suited us fine as we had work to do in the bedroom. The furniture came before the due date but that was no problem as Belgica stored it. When we were ready it was then assembled and installed by Belgica's highly proficient team. We had a minor issue with the LED lighting on headboard which was nothing to do with Belgica but rather the manufacturer. Belgica then contacted the manufacturer and a replacement part was sent and installed by Belgica. Throughout the whole process we were kept informed by Keira who was absolutely excellent. She is a valuable asset to the business as are the fitters. It is a great team of people they have and I have absolutely no hesitation in recommending the company to anyone
