Ordered a pair of pajamas and a swimsuit for a bachelorette trip with my girls, and I love both items! The tracking number wasn’t showing any movement for a couple of days, so I reached out to Support and they answered right away and told me not to worry, sometimes it takes time. Sure enough it came, total time from when I ordered to doorstep was 12 days. Thanks for support, Jason! Love the bathing suit, it’s unique and stylish, highly recommend! Thanks for the support....

I ordered my item well in advance of…
I ordered my item well in advance of the shipping cutoff for Christmas. It never arrived. I reached out to Customer Service repeatedly and was told that shipping due to the holidays could delay my product delivery. It is now January 6, 2025, my item still has not arrived. It states it has been in transit since 12/27. The gift was for family going on a cruise.
I contacted Be Juliet repeatedly. I requested a refund and have been told it’s on its way. It does not take two weeks to get a package from Ohio to Pennsylvania.
I am extremely disappointed at Customer Service’s lack of just that, Customer Service. I asked how long do I wait? The money was charged to my card. I did not want to contact my bank but after this, I certainly will.

Thank you for your feedback, and we deeply apologize for the delay and frustration you've experienced with your order. We completely understand your disappointment, especially since you were hoping to have the item in time for your family’s cruise.
We’ve checked on your shipment, and it is still in transit via USPS, but we know how stressful this situation can be. While holiday shipping delays and carrier mishaps have been widespread, we understand that this has been very inconvenient, and we are truly sorry for that. Our warehouse team has been made aware of the situation, and although they advised us it will indeed be delivered, we are working to investigate further.
To resolve this for you, we can either file a claim with USPS on your behalf for a refund or have the warehouse reship the item. Please let us know which option you prefer, and we will prioritize it right away (we are sending this same message via email too)
We are committed to providing excellent customer service, and we hope you will reconsider the 1-star review once we’ve been able to resolve the situation to your liking.

I am so disappointed
I am so disappointed. $70 down the drain. These looked like cute bridal pajamas, but when it came it was cheap material and looked a child’s size!! I ordered M by the way. Super sad because now I have to find something else last minute and it’s labeled non returnable!
