After dealing with the large companies for years Beeline are a breath of fresh air, internet so much faster than we have ever had and if ever there is a problem it’s addressed quickly and with fantastic communication. Can’t recommend enough.

We had a problem with our internet connection and called Beeline for help. The response was excellent and we were made to feel like very valued customers- a rare thing these days. A friendly engineer came to the house within 48 hours, spent a couple of hours diagnosing the issue, fixing the problem and resetting our system plus giving us valuable information on upcoming speed changes and how we could amend our system to take full advantage.

Excellent service almost all the time, and when things have gone wrong (I think twice in 6 years), I’ve had even better service with the team in the office ready to get out to resolve anything immediately- they checked other nearby residents using the service to pinpoint that the issue is entirely on my property to then enable a diagnosis by then sending out info for me to check (and also being ready to come out that same morning depending on the diagnosis, thankfully not needed). Can’t praise Beeline highly enough or recommend them enough.

We have used Beeline for several years now. Initially we used them because we had a very slow internet speed in our village. BT now provide fibre optic broadband to our area but we have decided to stick with Beeline.
The main reason is because of their brilliant customer service which we can’t fault at all. We run an online business and know if we have any issues we can easily contact them and get a very prompt response. The whole service is very reliable .They are a very friendly and knowledgeable company and I can thoroughly recommend their service.

I was amongst the earliest adopters of Beeline when Billy Garret was testing the concept in our village. It was very radical at the time, when compared to the dismal dial-up offering from BT, and attracted a visit from the then-Chairman of N.Yorks County Council . The rest is history , as they say, .....superb customer service and a dedication to getting things done correctly, speedily and first time . Highly recommended !

BeeLine installed internet in the church I work for and they could not have been nicer or more helpful. They are always swift to respond to any queries and their system works very well, covering the whole of our building. I would very highly recommend them.

The broadband speeds are very good. Beeline have provided broadband where others could not.
What makes the company stand out as the customer service. There is always a friendly voice at the end of the phone. The requested upgrades to wiring inside the home to improve our WiFi been dealt with quickly, efficiently and at very reasonable cost.

Beeline provided a solution to awful problems we had with maintaining an adequate broadband service many years ago. We have had no trouble with broadband ever since. It has been simple, straightforward, efficient and unfailing. There is no switchboard as such, any problem and you phone them up and someone comes out and resolves it very promptly. Brilliant.
