Beeline Arvostelua 

The product „Moto2“ for motorcycles is working very good! Exactly what i excpexted. Simple, no nonsense, pure navigation. Had one service request due to an operator mistake. The support was very friendly all the way and eager to solve my issue. A few days later, after it was solved and clearly my mistake, they came back and asked me if everything is working properly and to my expectations now. This little bit of extra effort is invaluable and shows the passion for their product and customers! So my experience was great and i can fully recommend Beeline!

I did a lot of research about the Beeline Velo 2 before purchasing, so I didn't have any unrealistic expectations. I was looking for a cycling navigation device that is simple and streamlined, and without any fitness related functionality that I wouldn't use. I don't consider the Beeline Velo 2 to be minimal because, along with its app, it does provide a good bit of information. And the Beeline team is continuously improving its interface (for example the new elevation graph) and product support (for example the new silicone case), all based on customer feedback.

The first time I experienced my Beeline Velo 2 was on gravel roads and forest service roads in southern Arizona. Using the Beeline app was easy and intuitive and its map recognized the entire route (mostly off-road) that I entered. The device navigated my path accurately which was mostly in a very remote area. Its display is bright enough to see in direct sunlight and its audible beeps before an upcoming turn were easily heard and helpful.

I read that some people don't like that the Beeline Velo 2 has to be used in combination with a phone running the Beeline app. Well, even if I was using the most advanced standalone navigation device available, I would still have my phone with me while riding and I'm not going to risk an expensive phone mounted on my stem or handlebar. I see the Beeline Velo 2 device as an extension of your phone, which enables the device to have a small form factor and be truly unique.

I really like my Beeline Velo 2! It works for my non-competitive yet adventurous style of riding.

I love everything about Beeline. Yes, it's a bike GPS, but it doesn't feeling like one. I've had the original Beeline Velo and now the Velo 2, and they just blend into your experience of riding. No awkward tapping on your phone screen mid ride, instead you get incredibly smart routing that informed by thousands of other cyclists. Hate that road with dozens of potholes, a little tap and the beeline learns to suggest a different route next time. And if you have a little more time, the "as the crow flies" mode that just keeps pointing towards your destination is amazing to explore. Beeline probably has the best customer service I've ever experienced with a "tech company". And they build their gear so it can be repaired and recycled.

A brilliant little product. I love the way it is so easy to mount on the handlebars and then a simple twist to remove the beeline and slip it into my poxket. The device is surprisingly easy to read and I haven't got lost yet! If you miss a turning it will either reroute you, or show a dotted line for the direction you should head. I enjoy the heatmap it is making of all my rides. For reassurance I ordered a second mount just in case someone stole the one from my bars and it is great that beeline is supplying these parts.

A perfect device! I used it for so many years now with no problem. Now as I had an issue I encountered a perfect service team. Fast reactions, fast decisions and perfect solutions within days!

Excellent. I really like the product. To minimise and simplify GPS navigation devices is inspired and I’m guessing so much more difficult than constantly adding more and more complexity. Beautiful design, it works well in practice. I had a technical fault with mine - and Beeline were helpful, responsive and resolved the issue quickly.

Unfortunately my Velo 2 died. They are super and helped me in every step to get a new one. I am very happy with the help and promptness of the communications. For me the best feature of the product is the route planning App that is simple and gives you 3 route options and , the velo 2 itself that is not distracting, simple and helps you to focus on the route. That is why I was adamant to get a new one.

I've been a user of the first Moto and now of the Moto2 and I'm more than happy with them even off road where they help me find my way to the nearest exit if needed. The support team was very helpful and prompt when my Moto2 start acting weirdly and I'm very glad that I can enjoy my device again.

My Bee Navi arrived yesterday. The setup is very simple and all is working well. Due to a mistake by myself there was a discrepancie in the delivery address but the Beeline support was excellent and very helpful to solve the Problem…. If you are interrested in a small designed navigation System I can recommend the beeline System very well

Sehr netter Support. Habe eine Reklamation gehabt und mir wurde direkt und zuvorkommend geholfen. Ist heute leider auch nicht mehr selbstverständlich.

Really impressed. I've been using the Beeline Velo 2 for almost two years and I love the simplicity of this device and the accompanying app. The directions are clear and easy to follow when you're out on the road. And it is great that you have a choice of quiet, balanced and fast routes. I've also found the customer service to be excellent. Great product, great company.

Ich bin etwas enttäuscht - ich dachte es funktioniert besser. Irgendwie geht die Bedienung sehr schlecht - ich drücke zig mal rum bis der Befehl dann funktioniert. Außerdem ist es überhaupt nicht intuitiv zu bedienen. Total umständlich. Ich hab’s mir auch nur gekauft weil es klein ist und sehr gut passt an meinem Brompton. Mal wieder gelernt nicht nur aufs äussere zu achten! Viel zu teuer und schlecht verarbeitet. Ich nutze es jetzt ca. Ein halbes Jahr.

In a word, Excellent!
I’m very impressed with my Beeline Moto 2 simply because it does exactly what I need it to with over-complicating things. It’s also portable from bike-to-bike, it’s small enough to carry around so there’s no need for special locks and the modes work perfectly for the riding that I do.
I have no qualms recommending one of these neat units to anyone

I have recently bought a Moto 2, just getting used it it, it’s very intuitive and all the accessories work really well. Well made, great piece of kit. One v small gripe, you have to pay for voice commands (I know BL have to pay for them….but come on all “free” apps have free voice prompts), I know it’s not a massive amount but once you have paid £200 for the device..(that replicates Google Maps)…it just annoys a little.

Hi, edit. The payment is in your app. To get the voice features I had to subscribe (with a payment) about 10 days ago!

I am using belline moto 2nd year now and ver happy with app, unit and support. Many new features , quick reaction time for issues and quick fixing time. My 2 friends already are on moto II and are happy too. I am also using PLus vpaid version of the app.

So ein Schrott, Die Routenplanung ist nur Schrott, nicht brauchbar!Waypoints zu setzen ist fast nicht möglich und die Route wählt bei Cycling jeden Fussweg! Mir ist noch nie ein solcher Schrott über den Weg gelaufen.

Totally Love my Moto 2 and app. Gamechanger and 100% hooked. Best bike product ever made!

I have a Beeline Velo that I hadn't used for a while and was having trouble updating - I sent a message to customer services half expecting them to say that as it was a Velo, not a Velo 2, it was no longer supported but no, they helped, it's fixed and I'm happily using it again. It's a great device for getting around on a bike. Thoroughly recommend.

Velo 2 is an excellent system to navigate with. It delivers a clear excerpt of relevant roads on the device that facilitates which turns to ignore and which to follow. Also great is that the battery of your phone is not drained, which is also true for the battery of the Velo 2 itself. Support from the helpdesk is also to the point and helpful (as it should be of course). I'm really happy with it.

Primero me gusta como es el dispositivo Beeline, su diseño y su función. Soy el tipo que detesta ir con GPS con pantalla grande ya que la moto tiene una pantalla como Nintendo Switch no me gustaría ir con otra pantallas más. Lamentablemente en principio el dispositivo me daba errores cada vez que encendía ponía “error s11” y de ahí ya no había manera de que funcione ni apagarlo, aveces se vinculaba solo aveces no, estresante. Me puse a contactar con ellos y responden bastante bien, de hecho me fui de viaje con el dispositivo mal por una semana, después de ello vi que definitivamente no iba bien y decidí devolverlo. Ellos respondieron bien sin ninguna pega, ahora tengo uno totalmente nuevo y va de maravilla. Mil gracias equipo!
