I experienced a structural issue with my Beeline Moto II Metal Edition—the top cover with the metal ring detached due to motorcycle vibrations, despite the device being kept in its original case and having zero signs of impact.

My local retailer in Poland (X-KOM) unfairly dismissed the warranty claim as "mechanical damage." I decided to escalate the issue directly to Beeline Support, and it was the best decision ever.

The Beeline team was incredibly professional. They immediately reviewed the photos, validated my claim as a structural/workmanship issue, and took over the process. Within two weeks, they bypassed the uncooperative retailer and shipped a brand-new replacement unit directly to me.

As a Beeline Plus Yearly subscriber, I am absolutely thrilled with their customer-first approach. They truly saved my riding season. If you ever face an issue, trust the manufacturer—Beeline’s direct support is absolutely top-notch!

The original Beeline Moto was humming along. 5000 miles later it conked out. The folks at Beeline were incredibly responsive, ultimately replacing the unit. Couldn't ask for more.

I’ve been using the Beeline Moto for four or five years now.
Small, handy, stripped down to the essentials, no unnecessary distractions from calls, chat messages, etc.
It’s only somewhat suitable for city traffic, but it’s a really good choice for longer trips; once you get used to the quirks that every device has, it reliably gets you to your destination.

BUT... only as long as there are no problems.
The support is terrible—probably the only AI bot that has fixed working hours and takes weekends off.

2025: First problem:
After various attempts using the online help resources, contacted support:
Initial contact on May 12 – 33 (!) emails later – issue resolved on June 9.

Now there’s another problem.
May 29: Contacted support – more than 20 emails so far – no solution in sight

Use Beeline Moto for 4 years and now the button could not connect.
So asked my supplier Moto NR1 telling me service had expired. ! 😢

Contacted BeeLine direct and after a few days they came up with a solution how to reset the button. Works fine again!

Bought the moto 2 more for trip tracking than anything else, due to needing to track milage for work. Absolutely amazing little device that doesn't take up loads of space on my bars. What little use I've had of the navigation, it seems pretty good, easy to read screen (although it doesn't show a full map) nice loud audio beep when approaching juctions.

If i could put one improvement forward, I would love to be able to sort trips in different ways with showing total milage for that sorting (weekly, monthly,daily, that kind of thing) again as I am required to track milage for work, setting them weekly and seeing the whole weeks total mileage would make life a lot easier

I have had nothing but happy experiences with my Velo2. I am over 80, with little experience of using electronic gadgetry, but even I could get to grips with it. And I now feel lost (and usually am lost) if cycling without it. The only time I thought I had a problem with it, they were extremely helpful, even though there was nothing wrong with it, just with me.

I purchased a Beeline Moto 2 a few months ago - love its simplicity and ease of use - unfortunately I had a handwear malfunction after a heavy rainstorm, but Beeline were excellent in their customer service and worked with me to replace the malfunctioning unit.

After 20 years of using GPS units on motorcycles and over 200,000 miles ridden, this is by far the best, simplest and easiest to use navigation device. Good job Beeline and thank you . Jeremy P.

“Turn left at Basingstoke.” That was my first attempt at navigating on a Yamaha DT125 back in the ’70s. Since then, it’s been a steady progression—from route maps and handwritten notes taped to fuel tanks, to a clumsy Garmin that always felt a bit of a faff.
After a break from biking, I came back and invested in a Beeline—and it’s frankly a game changer. It’s discreet, functional, and crucially, not distracting. I’ve even made a neat mount for the Pan European using an old Garmin ball mount and a new-to-old Beeline adapter—works brilliantly.
So why is it a game changer? Because it’s simple, intuitive, and does exactly what I need. The software is excellent; it’s already helped me discover some fantastic new local rides just by using the “fun” and “relaxed” route options—a genuinely clever feature.
I’ve got several bikes, including a few classics, and the versatility of the mount is a real plus. It’s easy to fit, secure, and on the older bikes, the Beeline even doubles as a handy speedo.
Would I recommend it? Oh yes—without hesitation.

I wanted a minimalist navigation motorcycle device (MotoII) that offers some guidance while riding without taking away from the focused motorcycle experience that I enjoy. The company also offers good support so I recommend their products and this company.

Bin jetzt die ersten Touren gefahren mit meiner alten Suzi DR 650 Enduro. Da passt das Teil unauffällig und gut dran. Hat klasse funktioniert. Bin sehr positiv überrascht wie gut dies kleine Teil funktioniert. Akku Laufzeit geht so. zbin gestern 400 Km gefahren und war nach 300 leer....hab aber einen USB Anschluss vorn montiert und mit kurzem Kabel kein Problem....bei Regen könnte das aber auch nicht gehen....ich werde sehen. Fazit Top Gerät kann es nur empfehlen

I've been using my Beeline Moto II for a while now, and I love it - it's the perfect satnav for me!
Recently, I had to contact customer service; I have to say that it was 99% my fault, so I was somehow expecting a neutral answer, something in the region of "sorry not really much we can do", but they have surprised me and resolved my problem without any fuss!
Ah, I contacted them in a Friday evening (without realising the time) and I found their reply in my inbox firat thing on Monday morning.

My MotoII Beeline device manifested a permanent 'S11' Error code which could not be fixed. Having written to the Beeline help service (NOT a BOT!) they swiftly acknowledged the issue with my device and immediately agreed to replace it.
I shipped the faulty device back and immediately got my postage fee reimbursed and a new replacement Moto II shipped to me within 48hours.

Great products, and amazing tech support team.

Managed to put my Moto 2 through a brutal wash cycle, something no electronic item was ever designed for. Contacted Beeline and Bryony was very sympathetic and helpful. I've now ordered a new Moto 2, it's small but easily read, easy to mount and plan routes.
On rideouts it regularly wins the satnav accuracy wars between myself and my mates, even though theirs are the size of a computer screen and cost a lot more. I can easily dismount the Moto 2 at coffee breaks and put it in my pocket, they cannot.
Super product from a great firm. Totally recommended.

Love our Velo 2 units that were bought from Beeline. Ended up needing some customer support as well, and they were SUPER responsive and thorough, making sure we got what we needed. Love their products...very very happy with my Velo 2!

I have been using Moto for ages and love it (I gave up on both Tirumph and Vespa apps) becasue it takes up no space on the bike, the app actually works and I get direction without it affecting my ride. Moto II is much better, especialy in tight urban environments. Delivery was fast and help rapidly forthcoming when my box got held up at Malaysia customs. I wish subscription for the maps was available here but the ability to plan (and save) a route and know that it will stay your route is invaluable.

I had an issue with my Beeline Velo 2, which, as it occurred during a short day tour in an area unknown to me, made me feel annoyed however, once I'd messaged the Beeline Helpline and very quickly received helpful, easy to follow guidance on how to resolve the issue, I felt supported and in great hands. As my issue couldn't be resolved, Beeline, without any quibbling, offer me a brand new replacement and provided me with instructions for the safe and responsible disposal of my broken device. As it happens, my device "came back to life" 2 days later, Beeline still replaced and I returned my old unit to them for diagnostics.

In terms of after sales service, Beeline customer support is second to none. In terms of Beeline Velo 2 performance; it concerns me that it failed, especially as I go out for week long tours and need reliable navigation but I'm confident that my new device will function correctly and will not let me down.

In summary: Whilst I did experience an issue that shouldn't of happened, the support from Beeline was swift and amazing. Thank you once again to Beeline for being so helpful and for resolving my issue without delay.
