We are so happy with this purchase. The pictures don't even do the bed justice. It looks so regal and plush and far more expensive than it actually is. Very easy to assemble and delivered earlier than we had expected. Very happy with the service and product.

The bed is amazing! I put it together myself in a little over an hour. The fabric is so beautiful and finishes off my bedroom perfectly. Really happy with the delivery timings as well as it was delivered within a week! I would defo be recommending bed universe to everyone.

Absolutely delighted with our bed. Great value for money and fast delivery. Couldn't be more happier with our purchase.

Faultless order process, really smooth delivery and an outstanding product. This was the first time buying from this company and it definitely won't be the last. Beautiful bed and excellent service received from bed universe.

Excellent all round service.
Communication was great and prompt delivery.

We had a great experience with this company, the bed was delivered on time, it was easy to assemble and very sturdy. I would definitely use this company again.

Can honestly say we have had excellent customer service from start to finish with this company. Although we were slightly concerned about how genuine the company was, due to the very affordable prices and relatively unknown name, but we have been blown away with the quality and service we have had. The bed itself is beautifully made and the delivery was excellent. We had an issue with a part of the frame breaking 4 months after delivery, but after letting them know we received the replacement pieces free of charge within a week and couldn't be happier! We would definitely purchase from them again!

Brilliant company! Ordered my bed and mattress with an ottoman box which is great quality. Customer service has been impeccable, cannot fault them.
The finish of the bed is very luxurious and looks much more expensive than it is. Would defo use this company again.

Extremely impressed by our new bed. The delivery was within a week which is great. Polite delivery drivers who kept us informed of their arrival. I will definitely be buying from them again and recommending to friends and family.

Fantastic service and speedy delivery of a wonderful bed. We purchased the grand magus bed and mattress with a matching ottoman box and they are great.
We had an order with a national company who after four months failed to deliver our purchase and offered no indication of when and why our order was delayed. Our order with bed universe took 8 days to arrive at our house. Absolutely fantastic service for a beautiful bed with excellent quality.

The sleigh bed we ordered is excellent quality, very sturdy and is great value for money. Easy delivery and the bed was pretty straight forward to construct. Looks absolutely amazing in our bedroom. Thank you so much x

Well chuffed with our new bed. The delivery was within a week! What more could you want ?? Mattress is very comfy too.

Fantastic experience. Easy buying online, quick deliver. Lovely bed.

Bought the Julius ottoman bed and can't recommend it enough. Product was excellent quality and better than I expected. Delivery men were fab and really helpful. Would definitely buy from this company again.

Just ordered another bed from bed universe. Wouldn't buy from anywhere else now, really high quality sturdy bed.

Great service. Customer services were very helpful and responded vrry quickly to any questions I had. Delivery team were polite and courteous. Most importantly our bed and mattress are great quality and very comfortable. Would definitely recommend.

Thank you very much Bed Universe for delivering a beautiful bed for my son's room.
The bed is simply stunning! The workmanship I'd second to none and it fits beautifully. Would definitely order again.

I ordered a footstool & whilst there were delays with delivery i'm not going to complain about that. The problem i have is that what was delivered is not what was ordered. Only the material is correct, its the wrong size, wrong button pattern & very poor quality. I have contacted them via email, phone messages & facebook, i get no reply at all, despite these being the same communication methods i used when ordering.

The above details are fact to date - The 1 star is due to wrong item, very poor quality & total lack of communication.

I ordered the Colorado bed in Grey Naples Velvet and it's stunning!
Easy and quick delivery. Won't hesitate ordering from here again.

Had my bed delivered today and it is STUNNING!!
extremely impressed with the quality and delivery times. Wouldn't hesitate buying from them again.
