Left bedless and moneyless by this company
No communication since the solution to the problem with the bed was deemed a full refund by consumer rights… this company is now ignoring me.
I bought an Lshaped bunk in September last year, It was a long wait which was fine Karen kept me updated throughout, it arrived at the end of October and the bed broke on day one, I contacted Karen and they organised replacement parts which came within a week.
3 months later in February the bed has broken again, it is not fit for purpose and of poor quality. I’ve contacted consumer rights who have agreed it’s not fit for purpose and I’ve asked for a full refund and now I am being ignored from Karen and Steve who owns the company, they initially offered a partial refund of £120 the bunk was £479 I haven’t accepted as I am worried it’s so poor quality and not fit for purpose. I can’t allow my son to sleep on the top incase it comes down and I can’t allow my other son to sleep underneath as this could cause serious injury should the bed break above its made from the same material as the bottom which has broken twice.
