The Happy Den Arvostelua

I ordered an Mspa Tribeca from the Happy Den. From the first connection the level of care, attention and communication was exceptional. I was kept informed about delivery dates and there was a genuine concern to make sure that everything was in order.
The real test of customer service, however, is not when things go to plan, but when they don't. In my case the spa developed a fault within a week of being installed. Again the level of concern to make sure that I was aware of the process for the replacement of the control unit and proactive communication with the supplier to make sure things were addressed quickly was exceptional. A special shout out to Karen with whom I had most of my communication - she is awesome!

Amazing! Brilliant products!

Thank you very much Karen ( the happy den) . I am impressed the way you guys deal with your customers. 5 stars for the product and the customer service from placing the order till delivery.

I look forward to buy more products from you in future👍

I have a great phone call and discussed all options for a home bath.
I’ve decided to go for the Priscilla Bar
It’s currently out of stock looking forward to buying when is back in stock on the 29th of September

Really cool website with lots of great products. I tried to order an armchair but I missed the part where products could only be shipped to the UK. Called the business owner and she explained the policy. Will recommend to my friends in the UK.

First and foremost I am delighted with my purchase. From start to finish it was such a professional company to deal with.
Quality of the item was superb and the customer service was exceptional.
Will defiantly be back for more.

As a first time buyer i can honestly say im over the moon with the high quality of the ornaments i ordered for my little retreat, especially the Madmax Stags, head for my door. Great communication from the seller and a quick turn around for my goods overall 10/10
