Bechef Arvostelua 

Like everyone else I had the misfortune to download their authenticator app and have had money taken from my bank without my consent. Sums of £1, and £39.99. My bank has now blocked them and reported them to Fraud Action

Same as Al ot of people have said. I only wanted a parking app. They keep taking money out of my account. DISCUSTING

Scammed when downloading a car parking app in a hospital! I paid the £1 thinking it was part of the car parking but then realised it was nothing to do with the car park app. I read the reviews here and quickly called the bank but I couldn’t put a stop on future payments as the money hadn’t yet left my account ! I now have to wait until the money has gone out and ring them back. How the hell is this allowed to happen, these people are disgusting and inhumane !!!

Fraudulent Thieves.

They have a pop up add on the bottom of another web page which takes a £1 payment - nothing to do with the website that you are on. They are disgusting parasites & amazed that they are given banking facilities

Another totally negative report. Bechef managed to infiltrate a £1 payment while I was renewing another subscription and then subsequently took a further £39.99 which they have refunded after I reported the fraud to my bank. Be aware that this organisation is operating on the fringes of subscription to other legitimate businesses and report them to you bank.

Yep another victim, had an alert come to my phone from my bank ignored then received a voice message. Decided to call the bank and yes there was an attempt to withdraw £39.99 by another company *gengamer.net.* After speaking to the bank we checked some activities and yes noticed £39.99 has been coming off my credit card on 30th of each month from guess who *Bechef.com* The bank asked me if I had subscribed to this and I said hell no do not know who they are. I thought that I was scrupulous with checking my credit card statements - no this one got away. Have reported as fraud so let see what happens BEWARE ALL

Please, Please be careful of this company called BeChef, they are fraudulent. They took £1.00 and then £39.99 from my account on the 6th of February and I did not notice anything until the following 6th of March when they took another £39.99.
Phoned this number last month 0808 501 5897 to cancel and get a refund ( got the fob off script instead)!!
How do these scammers operate?
I never signed anything with them. Now my bank tells me that I can’t get my money back,who seemed surprised when I reported them,even though I now read scam reviews like this since October 2023!
Are the banks hushing hackers up because account security is becoming too easy to compromise?

Yes scammed the same way as everyone else first £1 for what I remember was a registration fee without commitment followed by £39.99 .
Phoned my bank who have put a block on future payments because if I changed my card payments would continue.
Advised to contact Fraud Action and put in a report which I have done.
Checked the registered address on Google maps which shows a terraced house in a housing estate.
After 30 days I can register a dispute with my credit card provider to see if I can recover my money.

Same as everyone here. First a £1.00 out of my account and then £39.99. I presume this happened when I had to use a QR code for work. Great not safe anywhere. They warn you of scams and they get you anyway. Bank were very good.

Bechef scam. Same issue as others, I had a text message from my bank this morning asking if I recognised a payment of £39.99 from bechef which I didn't. I got a call from the fraud team who notified me that a £1 test payment was authorised from my phone on 1st March but I've never heard of this site and can't think which website the pop up appeared on. My bank has cancelled my card and blocked this transaction but I have no emails from bechef about this subscription so I'm trying to contact them to cancel this subscription I never took out. And now no card for a week and then I'll have to go through all my standing orders, direct debits and accounts to change my card. Hate scammers

Complete scam! Avoid. This company got £1 deducted from my account for what I don't know, on the 28th of February, then swiftly followed by another attempt to deduct £39.99 on the 4th of March, but my bank was smart enough to decline payment.

I scanned a qr code in a museum to get access to an exhibit , told its just a free app to gain access , then money starts to go from my bank account , ive never received anything from this BCHEF.CLUB and never knowingly signed up for anything.

Fraud Fraud.

I got scammed the same way as all the others. I scanned a QR code at a play barn which is necessary when ordering food/drinks at the place. While I thought I was setting up a payment method with the cafe at the play barn I really gave bechef my card details. My bank stopped the first payment of £39.99 but another has just gone through. Despite the bank putting a block on it. Cancelled my card and hope that will stop bechef. Fingers crossed.

Screen popped up while downloading WhatsApp asking for £1 to verify account. COMPLETE CON gave details then nothing completed on screen. Contacted bank before any further deductions fortunately.

Complete SCAM. Took £1 (pending) when I used a QR code to access UKTVplay from my TV. Can't stop that payment but the bank can block further payments once it's cleared.

I was also frauded by Bechef.clup in the same way. I called the bank and reported the situation, but before taking £1 from my account, it sent me a message, but I did not see this message. The reason for this is that I have never contacted this company. But the bank puts forward this excuse not to refund my money. They took £80.98 from my account. How can I get my money back?

I was scammed just like everyone else, I got the qr code from our new tesla car when trying to add my Spotify account, took a £1 then 39 quid - my bank declined the payment and cancelled my card. Nevrr had a Tesla before I thought it was genuine... More fool me! Bechef club scammers😡

Somehow they got £39.99 from me???????????still pending,will i get this money back?????

Absolute scam, there pop up apppeared while I was accessing a genuine site. It said I needed to make a payment of £1 for verification which I did, a week later they charged £39.99 to my card without any correspondence so I have no idea what they have charged me for.
