Terrible customer service
Terrible customer service. I recommend buying these devices directly from the manufacturer rather than through this webshop. If the device breaks, this webshop does not offer repairs, replacements, or compensation, whereas the manufacturer does provide customer support and repair options.

No mention of huge customs charges. Customer service said they could tell me when the delivery is expected but got it wrong which also caused a big inconvenience.
