Bear Estate Agents Arvostelua

Great communication from the whole team who helped every step of the way through my purchase

Lovely people, knowledgeable and always willing to help! I would definitely recommend.

Just completed my house purchase through Bear Estate Agents, and Helen (sales progressor) was outstanding. She kept everything moving smoothly, communicated clearly at every step, and went above and beyond to resolve issues quickly. Professional, supportive, and a real credit to the team. Highly recommend Bear Estate Agents

The members of staff who were dealing with my sale were very supportive, very professional and exceptionally competent.I would like to give special thanks to Tilly Cecil and Lucina Sherlock

The team were very professional and helpful. All queries were addressed and dealt with in a timely manner.

Helen, was particularly helpful, as my purchase became very problematic with the sellers solicitor. She intervened on a number of occasions to push the sale to completion.

The team at Bear were professional and very helpful every step of the way.
Super impressed with the turnaround time (less than 4 months) and we got what we wanted from a price point.
Fantastic all round, couldn’t fault them.

We’re very grateful to Ellis, Zoe and the team at Bear Estate Agents, Hockley, in handling the probate sale of my father’s property.

They were professional, empathetic and supportive throughout and made the process as smooth as possible.

Would recommended them for their expertise and care especially in handling Probate sales.

Thank you all again from Natalie and Andrew.

From start to finish Bear Estate Agents were superb, spot on valuation and great customer service from the team. My appointed point of contact Helen oversee the sale of the property and kept me informed every step of the way.
I would highly recommend Bear Estate agents and will be using them again very soon.

The process of selling our property over the last 5 months was eased greatly by Bears Estate Agents (Southend-on-Sea, Essex) Progression Team" in particular one of the team, Helen Wilson. Sometimes the opportunity to speak to our solicitor was not possible. However, Helen came to the 'rescue' having already spoken or would do the job for us. She certainly kept us well informed.

This was my first time purchasing a property on the open market, so there was a lot that I was unfamiliar with. Helen at Bear Estates was more than willing to take the time to explain things to me and liaised with other professionals in my chain. I would get updates and emails (out of her working hours) when other channels had gone silent, so if I was in the dark, Helen quickly brought me up to speed. I found Helen to be very professional, prompt, personable and a God send!

Helen Wilson kept me up to date with my house purchase and made buying easy. She was professional polite and always at the end of the phone if I had a query.

Great service, Helen Wilson has been a fantastic help during the purchase process and has helped with things afterwards.

Zoe and Scott helped me purchase a house and were incredibly helpful and attentive throughout. I couldn’t recommend them enough for selling or buying a property.

The team was professional, responsive, and made the whole buying process smooth and stress-free. I felt well supported from start to finish and would happily recommend them.

We were absolutely thrilled with our experience with Bear Estate Agents. We had a complex chain to navigate, and without Zoe it simply wouldn’t have exchanged. She went above and beyond to help us overcome multiple hurdles, and she was a genuine pleasure to work with throughout. We’re so grateful for everything she did — I’m convinced enough to name all my future children Zoe… even the boys. ❤️

Very pleased with the service from Bear Estate Agents Hockley office who dealt with the sale of our late Dad’s house especially Ellis and Zoe who were professional, easy to talk to and quick to deal with any issues and to respond to emails or calls. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend.

With Bear, the whole experience was smooth and stress-free thanks to excellent communication throughout. The process was made clear and easy from start to finish. Helen was always available to answer any questions, and she was consistently friendly, helpful, and professional. I couldn’t have asked for better support during the process.

Bear Estate agents were absolutely brilliant. I used them 10 years ago and they are better than ever. From the moment I signed on the dotted line for Bear to sell my house to the day I moved. Tilly is an absolute gem, she was amazing and worked so hard every step of the way of the process, keeping up to date and informed at all times. Tilly really did go above and beyond. Thank you so much. I would highly recommend. Absolutely outstanding.

The team at Bear were fantastic!
Helen especially was amazing. She was such a help and always there to answer any questions needed. She truly went above and beyond to get the sale through in line with our timescale. Buying and selling property can be stressful but Helen really did everything possible to help and was a massive support throughout.
