Bearco Arvostelua 45

Apparemment je ne suis pas le premier à m'être fait avoir par ce qui ressemble fort à une escroquerie...En effet, j'ai commandé pour +100€ sur la boutique de Bearco.fr je n'ai rien reçu à ce jour (4 janvier) alors que j'ai commandé le 16 décembre. Malgré la période des fêtes, il me semble avoir été largement patient. Le service client de l'enseigne est, assurément, injoignable et leur site web est depuis lors également non consultable. Tout cela semble particulièrement frauduleux. Je vous invite si vous avez également été impacté par ce type de pratique à dénoncer l'enseigne auprès de votre agence de paiement, auprès de Paypal, auprès d'une agence de protection des consommateurs afin que cela aie un impact plus important dans le but d'obtenir gain de cause et de prévenir d'autres personnes d'une telle mésaventure.

Casquette reçue mi décembre. Aucun retour possible pendant le délai de rétractation car site « en travaux » depuis 3 semaines. Pas de facture ni bon de retour dans le colis. Aucun moyen de les contacter, numéro de téléphone non attribué...... Arnaqueurs pro FUYEZ!!!!!

I bought a jacket at their webpage. The package got lost under transportation. The currier has asked that I contact Bearco, since they have sent the package without insurance.

Bearco doesn't answer my emails, therefor I assume that I have lost my money.

J'ai pourtant été débitée...

Super site, achat réalisé le lundi et livraison le mercredi, super rapide et sérieux. Prix imbattable. Je recommande Bearco. Paiement effectué avec PayPal pour plus de sécurité et achat sur et correcte. Super contente de mon achat.

je lis pas mal des mauvaises critiques sur ce site et j'ai failli ne pas acheter ma veste Patagonia Très Parka 3-1 mais vu les tarifs imbattables j'ai tenté le coup vu que l'on peut payer via pay pal donc assurance de se faire rembourser en cas de soucis. eh bien j'ai pas été déçu après ma commande le 23 nov 21, je l'ai reçu aujourd'hui le 26 nov 21. donc envoie super rapide , la veste emballée soigneusement et super prix ! De mon coté je n'ai pas eu à me plaindre.

On nous cache bien que la livraison ne sera pas effectuée par la poste mais dans un point relay Mondial relay.
Au final, le colis est déposé dans un point relay hasardeux, à 30km de chez moi.
Bénéfice pour le client. Aucun!!!
J’aurais préféré payer des frais de port!
Davantage de transparence aurait été préférable.
Je me méfierai de BEARCO à l’avenir.

Trustpilot for me is a platform to verify the authenticity of online-shops. Just judging by this criteria I give Bearco 5/5 Stars, as the shop exists and the ordered good has eventually arrived.

However, from a service point of view I suggest to be cautious. I had ordered a jacket with them in mid-October and paid extra for fast delivery, as I needed the good to arrive before going on vacation a week later. However, the ordered item did not arrive on time and also after emailing them few times I received no response. Also the phone line seemed to be always busy.
Only after writing below entry on 22-Oct did I receive a reply from Bearco a few days later (at this time I was already on vacation) explaining to me that the item supposedly went missing with UPS and that they will ship out a new item with DHL. A lot of hassle on all sites could have been avoided if Bearco would have communicated this earlier and more proactively. Item eventually arrived and I was also refunded the money that I paid for fast delivery.

Entry from 22-Oct-2021:
Ordered a patagonia jacket with them mid-October this year. On their website it said that they have the jacket on stock. Also payed extra for fast delivery so jacket should be delivered within 3-5 working days, as we will be going on vacation this weekend. However, so far jacket has still not been shipped. Also no response to my email. Phone line seems to be always busy or not working... Highly doubt that this shop is legitimate, so be aware!! Will update this comment in case bearco comes back to me.

Good price and good quality.
The customer service was really nice to help me with an issue considering the payment of my order.

No return slip in the parcel, no response from the 'customer service'.
The shoes were too short.

Bad experience

My second time ordering something from Bearco. Ordered the Black Hole Duffel Bag 40L Black to my partner for a weekend trip as a surprise. Emailed Bearco to double check it would arrive on time and paid extra for speedy delivery. Unfortunately, UPS messed up and we didn't receive it on time.
Normally, Bearco don't pay for the return shipping but do refund the product cost - however, after emailing them they agreed to refund both the product cost and the shipping cost. Great customer service and quick. Will buy again.

I Place a order on the 24/08, paid with Paypal and receive the confirmation from the payment.
Till now, I don't have any other information from the company, send 2 emails and didn't get any response, and also the website was offline.
Bad customer service

I ordered a hoodie over 3 weeks ago and no sign of it. No answer to any of my emails and can't get through on phone. I'm going to have to do a credit card charge back. I won't be using them again. Be warned!

Un commerçant qui ne se soucie pas de ses clients, aucune réponse à mes deux mails… J’étais pourtant dans une position inconfortable avec un transporteur qui a fait n’importe quoi, Bearco ne s’est jamais manifesté, ni même pour me rembourser les frais. Aujourd’hui j’ai un colis à 480 km de chez moi…

Perfect size, product was fully out of stock from uk retailers, bought via Bearco, shipping to the UK was provided in multitudes of options, sufficient tracking was provided en-route from France. Arrived promptly within provided timelines. Quality of product is perfect, couldn’t ask for anything more! All shipping duties were included
