Auch nach zwei Monaten E-Mail Verkehr tut sich nichts bei meinem verloren gegangenen Paket.
Der Kundenservice versucht die Verantwortung abzugeben und es gibt keinerlei Entgegenkommen.
Bei Problemen mit dem Versanddienstleister liegt die Verantwortung nicht beim Kunden!
Wirklich sehr enttäuschend und frustrierend. Nicht zu empfehlen!

Nothing could be better. Very good shop, a lot of valuable information about the products, good checkout and payment process. Fast shipping, good packaging, super accurate information about shipping. Used UPS, which is reliable accross borders (Germany).

The only kind of weird thing was a difference in the company name and who got the payment via PayPal. It turned out to not be a problem, thankfully.

Skrev til supporten som ikke forstod min ellers klare danske forespørgsel, og har nu 6 dage efter forsendelse ikke fået det - eller pakken!!!

Nu har jeg hentet den tvangs app, og selv i den kan jeg ikke få t&t nummeret, så den er ubrugelig... Håbløst!

Although it was Black Friday, I recieved my order very quickly. The products were intact condition. I am very pleased.

The kettle is excellent—delivered quickly and working perfectly. I only wish the newer Flux model with the upgraded handle were available here, as it’s already offered on the manufacturer’s website in China. In any case, pouring is precise, and the adjustable temperature and 90-minute keep-warm functions are genuinely useful. It has everything you need.

I've ordered a Vario Aku Pro scale for my boyfriend. He already has a Vario VS3 Grinder and a Cold Brew bottle. He loves it. The delivery was fast and I always have that good feeling on the site that everything gonna be alright :) Thank you!

Absolut perfekter Service,
hatte eine Varia V3 bestellt, die allerdings den Mahlgrad bei jedem Mahlvorgang verstellt hat. Das würde dem Hersteller gemeldet und hatte tags darauf eine Lieferbestätigung, dass eine neue Kaffeemühle unterwegs ist. Nun ist alles bestens und kann BeansBros nur wärmsten empfehlen.

Article was marked "available". When I emailed and asked for the tracking number, they told me it was made to order and it would take a month. It ended up taking two months, but it was finally delivered.
