We had such a wonderful stay at Kidaboo Cottage in Destin! The home felt incredibly cozy, homey, warm, and surprisingly spacious, making it the perfect place to relax and unwind. Everything was clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully set up so we felt right at home from the moment we arrived. Our favorite part was definitely the heated pool area, which was such a fun and relaxing space to enjoy after a day at the beach. We would absolutely stay here again.

Kiddoboo Cottage was a great experience. It was close to the beach, had enough space, and a beautiful pool. The outdoor grills came in handy for days by the pool.

My family and I spent almost 6 weeks at a beautiful home in Miramar Beach called Flamingo DESTINation. We looked at so many properties and different rental companies when we initially wanted to book our trip. Vanessa from Beach Reunion was amazing and so helpful, and more responsive than any other person from every other property management company we reached out to. She even spent time on the phone with us (after hours) to answer all of our million questions and to get us booked and confirm our reservation. She made it so easy! The home was exactly what we were looking for and I can see from speaking with Vanessa why Beach Reunion has so many A+ reviews. Our entire 6 weeks went flawlessly and I wish we could have stayed even longer (but the property had other guests booked, otherwise we would have extended our stay again!). We had a MINOR issue with the dishwasher and it was taken care of immediately and by the next day they put in an entirely new dishwasher. Anytime we reached out, we were answered in a timely fashion and everyone was so nice and professional. We cannot wait to come back again!! We will absolutely stay in this same place :) Highly recommend dealing with Beach Reunion. Fantastic experience and great memories made. Thank you so much!!!

We spent four days in Destin with our college friends, and let’s just say the laughter started the second we arrived and didn’t stop until we pulled out of the driveway. The place was the perfect home base for a group determined to relive our glory days—comfortable beds, great hangout spaces, and a location close enough to everything that no one could get “lost” for long.

Special shout-out to the extremely full bushes in the front yard. They offered both privacy and… let’s call it “selective discretion” when our crew inevitably got loud, goofy, or needed to take a call pretending to be responsible adults. Truly an unsung hero of the trip.

The house was clean, easy to navigate, and the host was friendly and responsive. Between the beach time, late-night stories, and questionable dance moves, this place handled it all like a champ.

Would 100% stay here again—college friends, chaos, bushes and all. Highly recommend!

We spent four unforgettable days at this dreamy Destin beach house with our college crew, and it delivered everything you want in a getaway: sun, laughs, zero stress, and just the right amount of chaos. The vibe? Bright, breezy, and beachy-cool without trying too hard—basically the vacation version of that friend who always knows where the fun is.

The house was spotless, perfectly stocked, and somehow both spacious enough for everyone and cozy enough for late-night storytelling and belly laughs. The deck became our morning coffee sanctuary and our golden-hour hangout spot, and the beach access was so close it felt like our own private shoreline.

From lazy pool floats to competitive card games to grilling sessions that felt like we were shooting our own Food Network episode, The Blue Coconut made everything more fun. It’s the kind of place that quietly nudges you to relax, reconnect, and remember why you love these people in the first place.

We left with lighter hearts, sun-kissed faces, and a group chat full of inside jokes we’ll be laughing about for years.

We had an awesome time. The house was great, plenty of room for everyone. We really enjoyed the pool, we had to pull my grandkids out of the pool because it was time for bed!! they loved being able to walk out the door and go swimming. Having the beach so close was great too.

Had an amazing week!! The heated pool and hot tub kept us outside and having great conversations despite it being February. High class accommodations with all the amenities you could need for a large group. Service response was so fast when we called about the elevator too!!! Will definitely stay again.

Stayed at 180 Sandtrap.....amazing experience - the house was immaculate and well stocked. A great little neighborhood steps from the beach. Pool and hot tub were heated to perfection. Even with a large group - this house has ample seating and space for everyone to relax comfortably. I would definitely recommend this house and Beach Reunion

We stayed at 190 Sandtrap Miramar Beach. It was very nice and clean. Kitchen had everything to cook full meals, lots of fridge space. Large groups that come together have plenty of rooms and space for everyone. Will definitely recommend to family and friends.

My vacation experience over the weekend was amazing. The reservation process was user-friendly and the website was great. When we got to the property, the property was in great condition and the amenities inside it were first class all the way.

We had an absolutely wonderful Holiday gathering for our ER staff at Good Day Sunshine December 19th, and we truly can’t say enough good things about the experience. It has been years, since pre-COVID times, that we’ve been able to have such a great holiday gathering, and this venue was absolutely perfect for bringing everyone together.

The house itself is beautiful, comfortable, and incredibly welcoming. It provided the ideal setting for a relaxed, joyful celebration, and we had an amazing turnout. A huge part of that success was thanks to Jim and Carrie at Beach Reunion. They were exceptionally accommodating, responsive, and genuinely invested in making sure everything went smoothly. From planning through the event itself, they made the entire process easy and stress-free.

This was exactly the kind of gathering we’ve missed for years, and Good Day Sunshine made it possible. If you’re looking for a fantastic home and an outstanding management team that truly cares, this is the place. Highly, highly recommend!

My family and I enjoyed our time at Soak up the Sun! The bedrooms are very spacious and main level is open for entertainment. The pool and hot tub did not disappoint! This property is very close to the beach and will definitely stay again! The rooftop was one of our favorite places to hang out, not to mention the great view!

Carrie, the property manager, is outstanding — proactive, responsive, and genuinely invested in making sure everything goes perfectly. Her communication and recommendations were spot on. Jim was also fantastic and went above and beyond, even stopping by on a Sunday to help with the hot tub.

The house is impressive — huge, modern, spotless, and very well maintained. The kitchen is great for hosting, the bedrooms are spacious, and the pool, hot tub, and outdoor BBQ area were all in great shape.

The location is ideal: minutes from stores and restaurants, and an easy walk to a beautiful, uncrowded beach with sugar-white sand and clear water.

An excellent stay all around. We’ll definitely be back.

Beautiful home that is clean and VERY SPACIOUS! Loved the double fridges in the kitchen! Definitely a place to stay if you come to the area!

This was our second stay at Good Day Sunshine, and once again, it was amazing!
Carrie, the property manager, is truly outstanding — attentive, thoughtful, and always one step ahead. She stayed in touch before and during our stay, was quick to respond to every question, and her recommendations were excellent. She genuinely cares about her guests, and it shows in every detail. Jim was just as wonderful and went out of his way to help us, even coming by on a Sunday to turn on the hot tub — a level of service that is rare and truly appreciated.

The house itself is huge (sleeps 36) and absolutely incredible — beautifully designed, modern, and immaculately clean. Everything feels high-end and very well maintained. The kitchen is fully equipped for entertaining, the bedrooms are large and comfortable, and the pool and hot tub were pristine. The outdoor BBQ area was also fantastic.

The location couldn’t be better — just a couple of minutes’ drive from Winn-Dixie and many great restaurants, and a 2 minute walk to a stunning beach with sugar-white sand and crystal-clear water. One of the most beautiful beaches in the world. The beach never feels crowded, which made it even more special.

An absolutely exceptional vacation — we can’t wait to come back. Thank you, Carrie and Jim!
