Beach Reunion Arvostelua 

We have stayed at Beach Reunion properties for many years and our experience has always been great. Carrie is always just the best hostess and the accommodations are top notch each year. We have stayed at this property before and like the others, found it to be first class all the way. Will continue to trust my family reunion plans to Beach Reunion and Carrie each year. This house was absolutely perfect for our stay. If fit us very comfortably, great space for hanging out together. The pool and outside set up was amazing and to use the golf cart right to the beach was even more perfect. Can’t say great enough things about it! Can’t wait to stay here again.

We spent a week at Absolutely Perfect and our experience was exactly that - perfect. The house is immaculate and tastefully decorated. The kitchen was well stocked, and the movie room was a hit. Beach Reunion’s booking process and regular communications made the planning process effortless. We have stayed at other houses with Beach Reunion’s in the past and have never had a bad experience. I would recommend any of their houses but Absolutely Perfect may have been my favorite so far.

Experienced an excellent location for our group. Decor is beautiful, everything was clean and functional. Elevator was a dream for our disabled guests.

Our vacation at 2B Blun Mountain was great, with the help of the Beach Reunion staff. They are always there to help with any issues and questions. Our condo was clean and ready for us upon our arrival. My wife and I have been using Beach Reunion for many years. I strongly recommend the staff.

The house was great! It’s a perfect location and a very short walking distance to the beautiful Miramar beach. We loved that the chairs and umbrellas are set up each day at the beach. That helps so much. The house is amazing and so clean! We had everything we needed included pool towels. The pool set up is perfect and the pool was a great temperature. Carrie is an excellent host and easy to get a hold of. If there are questions, Carrie gets back quickly and helps with anything. We have been back to this house for the past few years and plan to go again! We love it!

A little slice of Heaven! Soak up the Sun offers you everything you want and more! Carrie, the host, provides unbelievable service for any small issues that arises in a timely matter. The house and amenities are beautiful and well maintained! Our kids absolutely love it. We look forward to returning for years to come!

We’ve stayed at unit 4067 in Beachside One for years and it’s a great location with a nice view. The only thing about the view we were sad about is that we could not see the beautiful sunset. But the water itself is so pretty and the wind that comes in when you open the door is heavenly.

I took away a couple of stars because there is active construction going on that we were not aware of. The owners basically said “sorry, we didn’t know it would be going on during your stay but it was in the contract that there could possibly be construction”. Not an ideal situation if you’re on vacation to hear drilling above you at 8:30 in the morning. They could do a better job of communicating with the building and making sure they know when construction is going on. Some people visiting may not care, others might. Pretty important detail to be aware of.

Aside from the construction the rental is pretty nice. Housekeeping could have done a better job because there was sand on the couch and we found dirty towels in the drawer in the bathroom. The master bed is also a bit hard. I found myself tossing and turning most nights. Other than that, I believe it would suit anyone with a small family.

When you go, be sure to bring your own dish soap, laundry detergent, seasonings, oil, etc. They do have dishes, pots and pans which is nice.

Overall I’d recommend the unit. There are just some things they can improve, so hopefully they read this and keep it in mind. Next time we visit we will explore other units since this is the only one we’ve rented in Beachside One.

Carrie takes care of her renters. We have been renting this same house for a few years now and we have never been disappointed. If we ever have issues it’s taken care of immediately. She makes our spring break enjoyable every year!

We have been staying at Soak Up the Sun the last four years. The amenities are top notch. The pool/ hot tub and outdoor space are one of the reasons we love it so much. Inside there is plenty of space for our group of 27. The kids especially love the pool table room and the roof top. Carrie is wonderful. If we ever need anything or something needs to be fixed it is done right away. We will definitely be rebooking for next year!

Soak up the Sun is the best! The amenities are unmatched and perfect for our group of 25+. There is so much room and activities that it doesn’t feel like that many people in the house. The pool feels private. The views from the roof top are one of a kind.

We’ve been visiting Destin for several years and have stayed at Soak Up the Sun for all but 1 year. The amenities available and the service and attention to detail are amazing! We have talked about trying other places but are afraid we won’t be satisfied after being spoiled at Soak Up the Sub. Carrie is amazing! We will be back

Soak up the sun rental was everything our group needed. You will not find a better host than Carrie!! She is welcoming and so quick with any minor request we had. The house is perfect and accommodating for large families. We have already booked for a 5th time with Carrie!!

We had another incredible stay at Soak Up the Sun! This was our 4th year coming back, and it continues to exceed expectations every time. The staff is outstanding—always quick to respond and incredibly helpful with anything we needed throughout our stay.

The house itself is huge, spotless, and perfectly set up for large groups. We had 28 guests, and everyone slept comfortably without feeling crowded. The amenities are top-notch and really make the experience feel special.

Highly recommend for anyone planning a large group getaway—we’ll definitely be back again!

Carrie is an absolute amazing host! Our entire group had a fantastic time at the Beach Reunion house. Everything was immaculate.
Carrie was in constant contact with us to make sure things were going according to our expectations. When one of the smoke detector batteries went bad she was over immediately with a ladder ready to take care of it.
We’ve been coming here for four years and we will definitely be back.

We absolutely loved our stay on the beach at Sol-mate. We were set up with golf carts to cruise around and also utilized a private chef that catered to our needs including some great beach music. It was the perfect place to stay to celebrate my dad's 80th birthday and enjoy the evening sunsets across the ocean by the pool. We will be staying here again very soon. Excellent host and catered to our every need!! Thanks again!!!

Great house!! The house is perfect for a large group. The king suites are excellent. The house is stocked with anything you may need. Quick walk to the beach. The house manager was on call and very helpful! Would stay again!

We just completed our 3rd year in a row at Hollywood and Divine. We have a group of 4 families that have stayed each year. The property is amazing and fits our group of 18 with room to spare. Any small issues we may experience throughout the trip are handled quickly by the Beach Reunion team. Close walk to the beach is great and also a nice sized pool for those double red days! Only area for improvement would be for an upgraded grill. With a large group we plan a couple of nights for dinner in, grill is not adequate for a house that holds this number of people. Small issue in the grand scheme of things. Very happy with Beach Reunion and have already booked with them for next year.

We had a group of 26.(six families) A lot of space, everyone had a nice bed/bath, the kids shared the second floor and the heated pool was great! Any questions were answered and the spot was perfect.
