Better then Applegreen by far!
After leaving an Applegreen charger that was telling me it would take 4+ hours to charge my car with a support number that led to a full mailbox, the customer service lady for Be.ev was a lifesaver. The area had a power cut and the chargers were rebooting. She guided me to a working one and stayed to ensure my charging was working. 20 minutes later my son, dog and I were back on the road. Thank you for having a real and lovely human who actually helped available.

Registered said app but only given 15% off the first charge. Filled in a feedback form to be then contacted by BEEV to ask were I saw advert,I gave all details to them to be told they will try and remove the details.
Didn’t even offer the deal to me for taking the time to highlight this, just told they have great offers and that’s it.
Not sure I will use this app now will probably just delete it

Poor... 150kw Be.Ev chargers at Newbuy
The 150kw Be.EV chargers at Newbury really do have a problem. I used it around 4 weeks ago and identical problems. Chargers unavailable and failing to live up to the 150kw charging that is suggested.
I'm currently the only car charging, 2 of the 4 chargers are unavailable and charging at 30kw (I did see 37kw briefly).
Disappointed to see, I'd hoped after a month then issues would be sorted. Sadly not and it isn't cheap!

We've logged the faults you've highlighted and have chased them internally so they can be investigated and resolved as quickly as possible. We completely understand how frustrating it is when a 150kW charger isn't delivering the speeds you'd expect, particularly when local rapid charging options are limited.
As a small apology, we've sent you a token of goodwill, so please keep an eye on your emails from us. We know it doesn't make up for the inconvenience, but we hope it's a small gesture that shows we're listening. 💚
If you're charging regularly with us, it may also be worth looking at some of our lower-cost options. Members can charge at our off-peak rate of 49p/kWh from 7pm to 7am, one of the longest off-peak windows on the market, when using the app or an RFID card. Alternatively, our Flexi Pass gives you 39p/kWh all day, every day across the Be.EV network for £13.99 per month.

BeEV Alex to the rescue.
I regularly charge within Romiley at the BeEV station due to the home charger taking a long time. Plus I have a 21 plate Nissan. BeEV still do the CHAdeMO chargers which can be rare to find especially finding a 50kW charger.
This particular time I was having trouble getting the charger to work, the session kept timing out and I wasn't quite sure what was happening. Luckily a lovely guy helped me it just needed a quick unplug and back on. Even more to my luck he actually works for BeEV. He told me where more CHAdeMO chargers are in the area too! He was called Alex. Just want to give him a huge thank you for his kindness! I didn't know there was freebies and competitions on the app either. Definitely a credit to the company. Thankyou.

Locked my cable in the charger and very bad rude customer service took 2 x £25 pre-pay takes 5 days return could be 14 Days before I get my cable back
So cable left at machine at my risk despite me asking them to agree they are liable for damage or theft.
Useless script reading customer service no initiative or escalation just get rid.

Be.EV quality chargers at a good price. . .
All of the Be.EV locations I have used are well laid out, clean and tidy and more importantly they are all in good working order. Having a Be.EV subscription I always try to plan my journey's around them, especially the fast chargers.

We do have the longest off-peak period between 7am-7pm in the industry which is available without a subscription at 49p/kWh. Most of our flexi pass users save over £100 a month with our subscriptions, check out our new charge passes to see how much you could save!💚
