SCAMMERS
I made a purchase of an Office 2021 key, it did not work because it exceeded the activation limit.
I contacted the page's support, they asked me for proof and I sent it to them.
They told me I would receive a replacement in 10 minutes and after 1 hour I received nothing and they closed the conversation.
now they don't respond.
I DO NOT RECOMMEND IT

I purchased a BCDKey last Wednesday 30 August. Order number 12532 was sent promptly. However, the product failed to register as adverised. I have informed the Company of my issue but have not received a reply. Have I wasted $41.99?
New Requested Information: I wrote to Bcdkey complaining that my product would not register. I added a screen shot. The only reply I got was "this product does not support creative cloude. it just preactivated product". (Added Tue 27 January 2024) Nothing heard since.
