They sold me an used Windows 11 key. They sold me 3 suscriptions to Office 365, none of them works. Online support service not available, they request customers to send an email, but it cannot be sent if no previous account has been created. Stay away from this people. I have been scamed.

They tell me to contact their live support... but they have none... Order Id is #54299 of July 15, 2025. Bought 4 codes, you only sent 3 (frist scam). The Windows Pro key you sent me is already used (2nd scam) and the susbs to Office 365... it is are not possible to turn in the codes with Microsoft (3rd and 4th scam). I am reporting the matter to the authorities

When i told them they more or less said "it is the same".

windows 11 key didnt work and after them giving me 3 other codes to use it still didnt work. currently waiting on a refund

edit: updating from 1 star to 2 stars. they didnt give me a refund, but they did give me a code that worked.
