The website is easy to navigate and order from. I found exactly what I wanted, and had no issues with the shopping experience!

Guitar was perfectly setup and playable right out the box, shipping was super fast.

A you tube friend of mine borrowed it and made a review as he was super impressed with it, search for thepinfields music on youtube to check it out.

I asked a couple of questions, the reply was positive and quick.
I can't fault them.

My wife bought me a Baum Leaper Tone. It's stunning in every way. But what stands out for me the nost is the aftercare.

High quality guitars at an affordable price

I preordered and payed the guitar in advance. Although it took quite some time until the guitar finally arrived at my place the wait was worth every single minute. The quality of the instrument, especially the setup are remarkable.
The guitar (Backwing - Inca Gold) looks and sounds great. It is a lot lighter than I expect it to be. The pickups sound absolutely wonderful although I expected them to have a little more output.

The bass itself is epic quality. The White Nidhogg I bought was a B stock, but I struggled to find any flaws in it. The neck is incredibly easy to play. Love the satin finish. Overall look, quality and sound is ace. The pickups are super clear and articulate. The customer service was brill. Rasmus helped me navigate some of the shipping issues (that were with the carrier, not Baum) and did it so well that I received the bass more quickly than I expected. They're super responsive and brill to deal with. Highly recommend.

Omg. I've been drooling at this guitar until I finally got it for new year's eve. I went to pick it up in Copenhagen (I live in Norway). I have gigged 3 times now and it's just awesomeness. Also what an eye candy! Very stable, even if I mistreat the Bigsby. I had to tighten the screws on the pots and the pickup selector, but otherwise very solid. It came very nicely setup and intonated. I have a Strat and. Gibson 80's and seriously, I've never felt so much at home as with this beauty. Everyone asks me "what guitar is that!?". I could have another one no problem.

I bought the B-stock Nidhogg bass and i was surprised with the top condition of it , it was just like new.
Just a VERY little dent on the back.
Happy with it.

Update.....
Because of a dead spot on the E string and a little too high 6th fret it needed some work and new strings.

I'd like to warn you that you should be careful when ordering from Baum Guitar. I ordered and paid for a bass in November, which was scheduled for delivery at the end of December and was supposed to arrive by December 31, 2025. Now it's almost mid-March, and aside from excuses and some dubious delays that supposedly occurred, I still haven't received the bass. Another drawback is that you have to contact Baum yourself to get any information at all. Be careful. After all, they've been working with my money since November and haven't delivered.

Was surprised when Baum announced these, but given my experience with my Wingman I had faith and they don’t disappoint, they’re very well made and feel premium.

They’re super comfortable and most importantly they sound excellent. Perfect for late night jams without annoying the neighbours and help ensure my guitar to sound fantastic!

It does what it says it does! If you play rock, indie rock and everything in between then this is for you. Guitar is an obvious standout but let’s talk about the levitator. They state it’s built for sustain, they don’t say it sustains until next week, this has unreal sustain. Feel and looks are superb and the quality hardcase, though a little heavy, is very well made. Beautiful, bold, flashy, and elegant like a Hollywood star. Balanced, incredibly comfortable, and with an incredible sound. You can't stop playing it. Now I can say: "I play Baum."

Great coms from ordering to receiving my instrument which is a truly awesome bass..... Almost feels like a living piece of art when I'm playing it, nevermind the quality and sound of the Nidhog Anniversary Bass, it's truly right up there with the best basses I've ever played in my..... Sorry to say, "over 50 years of playing bass".

Every contact from before buying to shipping to contacts during production times were great! Buy a Baum. Best guitar I have!

Ich verstehe zwar die ganzen Erklärungen von Baum, von wegen wir sind nur ein kleines Team usw… Scheinbar läuft aber das Marketing auf Hochtouren und mit sehr viel Aufwand. Und das macht Baum in meinen Augen unglaubwürdig. Ich habe schon zweimal eine Wingman bestellt, die als in Stock angegeben war und auch der zeitnahe Versand auf der Webseite stand. Jedesmal wurde die eigentliche Lieferzeit sehr deutlich überschritten und auf Nachfrage bekam ich unglaubwürdige Antworten. Beispielweise, dass meine Gitarre zufällig gerade heute in der Überprüfung ist und unmittelbar danach versandt wird. Oder dass die Gitarren eingetroffen sind und in den nächsten Tagen nach der Überprüfung raus gehen, worauf wieder 12 Tage nichts passiert ist. Es wird permanent mit Rabatten (Winterrabatt bis Ende 2025) oder Preiserhöhngen in 2026 angekündigt, Preisdeadlines usw.. was dann nicht einmal bisher eingehalten wurde und eigentlich die ganze Zeit rabattierte Gitarren im Netz stehen. Das wirkt auf mich extrem unseriös und unglaubhaft, hat etwas von unzähligen Matrazenshops, die permanent mit Geschäftsaufgabe und sonstigen Rabatten werben, was eigentlich nie stimmt, weshalb ich dann die Bestellung storniert habe. Die Rückzahlung dauerte 6 Tage, was ok ist. Aber alles in allem fehlt mir das Vertrauen zu Baum, da die Angaben und Marketing letztendlich nicht das versprechen was Baum gerne darstellt und kommuniziert. Letztendlich finanzieren die ihre Gitarren über den Consumer vor, ansonsten gäbe es keine Lieferzeiten von zich Wochen bis Monaten. Letzte Woche konnte ich dann eine Wingman aus 2023 spielen und mein Entschluss stand fest, Baum muss es absolut nicht sein. Die Gitarre ist nicht schlecht, aber das Preisleistungsverhältnis passt für mich nicht wirklich. unabhängig von den Gitarren selbst geht aber hautsächlich die Philosophie und das Geschäftsgebaren von Baum absolut nicht in Ordnung.
