But, the battery I received had a different model number and was not the same size

For a refund Batteryworldonline.com charged me a restocking fee and a shipping charge

This was not my mistake
And I already have paid for the shipping cost
When I asked batteryworldonline.com for a full refund I was ignored

I ordered a battery from BatteryWorldOnline on August 3rd for $36. After waiting more than three weeks with no battery and no update, I finally contacted them myself to ask what was going on with my order.

Today they responded saying that the battery was on backorder, that they had no estimated date for when it would be available, and that they had refunded my order.

Then I checked their website and surprise: the exact same battery is showing IN STOCK, except now the price is $65.

So apparently the battery is “backordered” with no estimated availability at the $36 price I already paid, but magically it’s available right now if I’m willing to pay $65.

And if I hadn’t contacted them myself, who knows how long they would have kept my money without giving me any update.

Based on my experience, this website feels like a scam. This kind of business practice is completely unacceptable and I would never trust this company with another order.

I absolutely do not recommend BatteryWorldOnline. Buyer beware.

Bought a battery for my S20 FE 5G phone, first time sent the wrong one and then let me return it. I figured they refunded in full, so I ordered a second one. They sent me the wrong one a second time so I returned it again thinking I would get a full refund. Nope.

They made me pay a restocking fee and shipping to send it back to them despite it being 100% their fault both times. Genuine scummy behavior. Do not buy from these guys.

They offered a five-year warranty, and verified it by email. When time comes to honor the warranty, though, they will ghost you. So, don't believe what they tell you if they promise a warranty. They have no intention of honoring it, and Ebay won't help.

Needed four new Arlo camera batteries ASAP before leaving town for a long time and paid extra for two day express delivery more than a week before leaving. Never received within that window and after complaining multiple times and requesting (a never received) refund of the "express" charges, they ghosted me, refusing to even respond any longer. When I returned home many weeks later and retrieved the long delayed batteries from a neighbor, NONE of them worked in any of our cameras. They LOOKED like genuine Arlo batteries, but apparently were not (counterfeit?). I would strongly recommend you NOT do business with this company!

I purchased a battery for my Samsung S21. The description on the website was "original OEM Samsung S21 battery" what they sent me was NOT OEM or a Samsung branded battery but a cheap Chinese knockoff. After installation I immediately started having issues. My phone would randomly shut down then try to reboot. I took it to a local repair shop to have a true original OEM battery installed. Cost me $90 but the phone works as intended.

If I could give 0 stars I would. I ordered a genuine Yuasa motorcycle battery online, and what I received in the mail was a generic battery. When I contacted customer service they allowed me to return the battery but charged me a restocking fee AND shipping both ways! Repeated attempts to contact them for a full refund were ignored.

Complete scam artists and thieves. The prices are too good because they can’t deliver on any expectation. I waited for 3 weeks and given them every benefit of the doubt possible but, even after receiving notification from Shop app & USPS that my battery was returned back to them after bouncing around their local area for the first week, the only response I ever received was they can’t do anything until they completed everything on their end. Avoid at all costs!

I ordered a RoyPo battery meter on Sept 8th. I still do not have the part or a tracking number. Sherman is a lying POS. By email 3 times I was told by Sherman I would have a tracking number the next day. It's Oct 2nd and I still have no part or a tracking number. Sherman the coward will not return my calls or answer my emails.

Do NOT order scooter batteries from this company. If you get the battery, and it doesn't power-up your device, you're stuck with it, even if it's their product that is defective. It took over a month for them to reply to my return request, and they (Sherman) denied it with no explanation. The battery was never used, and it did not power up my device, when I tested it. It was a shockingly unprofessional experience.

Great price on OME Arlo batteries. They were not Knock-offs.
