Battery shop Sussex Arvostelua 

Battery shop Sussex seems like a scam company to me. I ordered a replacement battery for a dyson v8 vacuum cleaner which I never received. After giving the company a weeks grace given the postal strikes were happening, I got in touch via their web form which they never responded to. The only other contact method they provide is a phone number which I called multiple times and left messages at which again, they never answered the phone or responded to my voicemail. They have taken payment and are uncontactable. Avoid this company.

Would love to say something good but I’ve been disappointed in the customer service or lack of it. I ordered a battery and contacted them through their online form to return it as it was not the right one I needed (my fault). On the same day I received the wrong battery I ordered another one (this time the correct one) It’s been 3 weeks and I still haven’t heard back from them about my return or the second battery I ordered. I’ve been calling leaving voicemails, emails and on the contact form via their website. The concept is great, just wish someone would reply to help me return a battery and receive the new one I ordered so I can use my vacuum cleaner. Thank you

I ordered a replacement battery for a Dyson DC34 on 20 Aug 22. I waited over 2 weeks and it never arrived. I tried to call but was never able to talk to a person. I left voice messages but these were not responded to. I wrote emails to their email address, and these were never responded to. I must conclude it is a scam and i have lost my £39. I would urge you to avoid using this business.

This company have a website, previously OK reviews, and will happliy take your money via PayPal. You will receive a confirmation email, as if all is fine. But you will never get your goods, and never get a response when you ask them for an update. I have informed PayPal and have initiated a chargeback. Avoid them, unless you want to waste your time filling out forms and trying to retrieve your money.

I ordered a battery on 29 August with a delivery for either 2nd or 5th Sept but would be confirmed with a tracking reference with an email when the battery has been dispatched. Nothing received to date. I have sent a message to the 0800 number and to the email address and on website but all silent as regards replies. I am concerned reading a few other reviews that the company is still trading.Can the Battery Shop please respond to allay my fears please.
PS Nothing heard from this company so I believe their web site to be a scam as they are taking orders but not delivering.

Ordered battery on 18th August no response to calls and emails fortunately paid by credit card

Just to mirror others here...Dyson replacement battery bought 7 months ago, still under year warranty....sent multiple form messages on the website to zero response. The Twitter/FB/Insta links now broken from the website.... pretty sure these guys have folded or are folding but the site is still up....new shipments may still work as the goods maybe drop shipping from their suppliers so that's why new orders are taken but no replies or customer services....

I ordered a battery on 21/8/22 and the money came out of my account immediately. I received an email saying my order had been received and I have had no communication since. I have emailed and called, but with no response and no answer

Very poor service - battery ordered on 20 August 22 (#116151) we are processing’ e-mail received then…nothing. Have tried contacting by messaging no response - by phone left messages again no response.

Placed order 2 weeks ago, received email acknowledgement straight away, money left my credit card account straight away. Not received goods, sent 2 emails both not responding to, thier 0800 number goes to messaging and messages are ignored. It appears this company has either ceased trading or have a serious customer service problem. Order #116100 17/8/22

I had purchased a replacement battery last year from this company, Arrived when promised and all was fine. It failed after exactly 54 weeks. I called the company on numerous occasions just to enquire if that was to be expected, left messages and also emailed. To date there has been absolutely no response after 5 weeks. It appears that the sales side of the business works ok ish, the after sales is non existant. I have since ordered directly from Dyson, replacement arrived within 5 days even in the postal strike. If you need a replacement battery I would bite the bullet and pay for the genuine part, at least you will have peace of mind that you are dealing with a reputable company and will not be ghosted!!

I was looking for a replacement battery for my Dyson cleaner. I found the information on the website helpful choosing the correct one. It was despatched/arrived in the time frames mentioned, it was well packed. I'm happy with the service I received.

I ordered and paid for three batteries on 18th August with an estimated deliver date of 24th-25th August. The batteries have not arrived yet and I have not received a tracking email. I have tried to contact the seller / shop by email, via their website and by telephone but there is no response. This is exactly the same review as the previous person. It doesn't seem possible that they have a 5 star rating. I would like my money back so I can buy elsewhere.
