Battery shop Sussex Arvostelua 

My experience is that the company never answers the phone, never gets back to you. I think they are rubbish and will be taking my business elsewhere. They obviously only what to deal with their customers over the internet.

Paid but never delivered, Wrote to director's home, mail returned gone "gone away". wrote to registered office , no reply. you can forget phone and email- there is no reply. how this company is still on Trust Pilot is unbelievable.

Ordered battery for Doro phone paid express postage it's now December 15th still no sign of it they take your money looks like I won't be getting item boils down to one thing don't use bandits and robbers.

GOT A BATTERY FROM THIS COMPANY PAID TO UPGRADE TO HIGHER AMP HR, LASTED 8 MONTHS, NOW FULLY CHARGED LASTS 4 MIN

AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE OR YOU CAN LOSE YOUR MONEY

Ordered a battery for my Dyson on Sunday 21st August, money taken straight away via my debit card and I received an order acknowledgement very quickly stating delivery would be by 26th and a tracking number will be provided.

Nothing, no battery, no tracking number and no response to 5 messages asking for updates on my order.

Managed to get my payment refunded via a charge back through my bank.

Trading standards next and maybe the police to see if they will investigate possible fraud

Bought a battery for my Dyson V8 to replace original that had lasted 4 years, The one from Battery Shop Sussex lasted 13 months. Not my idea of a quality higher power battery. Learned my lesson and ordered one from Dyson.

Update on my last review. I paid for my battery with my Debit Card, I contacted my Building Society to ask if they would investigate and they have given me a full refund

WHY is Trust Pilot still giving this company 5 stars

I ordered and payed for a Dyson battery n
which I haven't received ,despite many attempts to contact them by phone or email

No response , no explanation at all .If they are having difficulties surely it helps to communicate?

I eventually contacted PayPal who also weren't much good , they cancelled the their inquiry as it was over 28 days? My fault for not reading the micro print.

Anyway all it seems, that all I can do is to write this report to help other people not to lose their hard earned money

I ORDER A DYSON DC59 BATTERY AND THE MONEY WAS TAKEN STRAIGHT AWAY BUT NO BATTERY RECEIVED. HAVE JUST GOT MY MONEY BACK VIA PAYPAL AFTER NEARLY 1 MONTH.

THIS NEGATIVE REVIEW IS AS MUCH AGAINST TRUSTPILOT AND PAYPAL AS THE COMPANY ITSELF.

TRUSTPILOT IS NOT A GOOD REFLECTION OF A COMPANY WITH SO MANY NEGATIVE REVIEWS AND YET GETS 4.5 STARS ON TRUSTPILOT - I NO LONGER VALUE OR RESPECT TRUSTPILOT REVIEWS.

SIMILARLY, WHY DOES PAYPAL ALLOW THIS COMPANY TO STILL TAKE PAYMENTS VIA ITS SERVICE - IT IS A VERY BAD RELECTION OF PAYPAL ITSELF.

BUT BATTERY SHOP SUSSEX IS DESPICABLE AS A COMPANY AND I HOPE TRADING STANDARDS FORCES THEM OUT OF BUSINESS.

They must have gone out of business. I got a refund through PayPal but no communication from the company.

Do not use this company - they take your money online then don't deliver or respond to emails or phone calls. Their website should be taken down. Waiting to get refund from card company and trying to contact trading standards for their new registered office address

I will not buy from this business again. I ordered a dyson battery, the order was confirmed and money taken on 3/9/22. I am still waiting for this produce 30/9/22. I have called and left messages 5 times. NO RESPONSE. I cannot warn people enough. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANT

Dyson battery never arrived, no e-mails, telephone calls or messages answered by the company. Scammers !!!!!!!!!!!

Battery has not arrived despite being ordered 3 weeks ago. Tried calling and mailing but had no response. Poor customer service and lacking any transparency. Will report to trading standards

Do Not use this site every review is negative they do not respond or ship your goods we were forced to get in touch with pay pal to get a refund

Do not buy from this company, ordered a Dyson battery on 24/8/22, monies taken but still not received the product. Have tried to contact them by phone leaving messages to call me back and have also sent emails and online messages via web site without any reply.

Nothing has arrived!!!!
No response to chaser emails!!!
Shouldn't be a trustpilot company.

Very poor service. Almost a month since I ordered a battery, no replies to emails or explanation of delay while payment taken in advance.

Ordered a battery which lasted 18 months before it died. Not sure I believe their spiel about using superior components. I knew it was out of warranty, but called to get some advice and confirm it was actually the battery that was the problem. Nobody answers the phone, nobody answers the voicemails, nobody replies to the emails. I suspect this company is no longer trading but the website is operational and still taking orders - shop elsewhere.
