I was let down last minute with a some birthday gifts. I found the same items on Bath TCGs website but wasn't sure how quick they might be dispatched, so I sent a quick message to their business WhatsApp. I got a reply within about 30mins, with the reassurance if I ordered them (soon) it would be dispatched the next day. They also said they'd take the items off the shelf while I processed my online order. The customer service I had was impeccable, the parcel arrived the following working day giving me a few days to get it all wrapped and ready!
