Do not use this company!
My order was delivered a week ago, and one of the lamps was badly damaged with paint flaking off. I immediately contacted Bathroom Deco and sent photographs, and have followed up every day but I have had no reply at all. There are no other contact details on their website other than one central email address. I am currently stuck with defective products that need to be returned and refunded but no response from the his company to even acknowledge my email.
I am now having to explore other methods to claim my money back.

Very disappointed. Dressing table was delivered in two parcels. One had missing parts and the other was damaged, and didn’t match up to the pre drilled holes. Initially they apologised and agreed to send me a replacement. But have since completely ignored me and I have received neither a replacement nor a refund. Now having to raise a dispute with my bank, very frustrating to not be able to contact them by phone as well: meaning they can just pick and choose who they ignore and who they deal with. AVOID

Please do not buy a fire from them. My fire is only 3 months old and has lost all power from it. Emails keep going backwards and forwards having to upload videos to them etc... its clear they are not going to refund....total joke. AVOID

They sold me a faulty calor gas fire kept saying to upload videos which I did the ignition won't light and when I light it manually the flame burns funny but they said the supplier said it's normal which I've had plenty of gas fire to know when it doesn't burn right thetes no customer service to speak to just an email address which u wait for days for a reply
The only recommendation I would make would be to stay clear of this company

I recently had mixed experiences with Bathroom Deco on bathroomdeco.co.uk. While the delivery was quick and items were generally of good quality, there were a few drawbacks. A missing part in one order was promptly replaced after contact, but another order arrived damaged and incomplete, with communication channels proving unreliable. Some products also didn't match expectations, and attempts to resolve issues were met with inconsistent support. Overall, it's an average experience, warranting caution before purchasing.

Two Electric fireplaces and they don’t work properly. Thermostats are knackered on both. I’ve only gone and cut out my wall in order to fit them and they are not fit for purchase.
Let them know and amazingly I’m out of warranty, a six month warranty and I’m at nearly 7 months. Only installed now as property upgrade was only being done now. The fireplaces had stayed in a box until needed.
They told me to go and pay to get them fixed.
Typical, when an offer is too good to be true then it usually is. Oh well, Karma will come back and get them. People / companies like this don’t last and get bitten hard.

I order a ceiling light which needed wiring in. When the electrician came he said that it could not be fitted as it did not conform to UK guidelines and was in fact Chinese. Why on earth they are selling these products to Uk customers is beyond me! I am returning to them but not expecting an easy ride for a refund! BEWARE what you are buying!

I had never heard of this company and was a little sceptical at first. But I ordered a dehumidifier from them as it seemed like a good model and was very competitively priced. The package was delivered much faster than I had expected, as it said up to 7 working days on the website, but it arrived in less than 48 hours. The dehumidifier itself has also far exceeded my expectations, it's an aesthetically actractive unit and it works exceptionally well. The unit has a 6L tank so doesn't need emptying constantly, is quiet in operation and highly effective. Within a couple of hours it reduced the humidity in my house from 68% to 49%. Last winter I had the issue that overnight my windows would get condensation on them but the dehumidifier has immediately irradicated this issue.

bought a shower tower and the unit leaks all the time. sent mail and they asked for a video, uploaded the video to there link and they just keep saying please up load again as they have had issues. this site has no customer service AVOID this is a Chinese shop, with no chance of a refund

Delivered a storage unit that was not listed as being flat pack. No instructions, impossible, enormously heavy parts that do not fit together. All requests for refund and return ignored, no help whatsoever. I'm now making a complaint to Trading Standards.

I was sent an incomplete product, I have written to this company 4 times and still they have my money and my product this is a company that is very bad for service and delivering on promises and also fraudulently keeping a customers Money and not attempting to resolve the problem or refund do not buy from this company

Just recieved order half missing, order box damaged, phone number or social media site's don't work on company website link. Very concerned just now.

Hi if there was 0 star rating I would have chosen that, I have been waiting from 21st of august on a package by the time this package comes my child will be out grown it over a month on a delivery is a disgrace I would like a refund

I received my ceiling fan in June 2024 with missing parts and still not received the replacement.

I will be taking this matter to the court claims to recover the costs for the ceiling fan and fees.

Great until you have an issue!!
I took a chance on ordering through this company which I had not used before.
The delivery speed was great. Unfortunately, due to the poor Summer we didn’t put the fence screening up as soon as we received it.
When we did we realised due to our error we should’ve ordered 2 heights of fence screening…so due to the expensive return cost we stood the loss and order additional panel albeit with a small discount.
We ordered 3 packs of the capping so15m total, however, there wasn’t enough to cover our 12m fence!!
We queried this, sent a video of what was fitted and the area short of capping. Granted it wasn’t immediately after receipt as the weather wasn’t suitable to put the screening/capping up.
We sent many e-mails; many of which were ignored. The final outcome is that 3 boxes were sent, agreed but not 15m of capping as we ordered otherwise we wouldn’t have ran out!
Basically, felt like being accused of not being honest which is just not accceptable especially when as previously stated we made a genuine mistake with the fencing so had to order more at an additional cost.
It’s not about the loss of money but more of the terrible service from this Company.
So, in my experience I would seriously suggest paying a little more and using another Company
Gave up in the end and purchased elsewhere to complete the fence!

We have been dealing with Bathroom Deco customer service (Felicity) for over two weeks now and I must say it feels like a waste of time. We have purchased mirrored bathroom cabinet that had dents on both sides of the unit. First despite the fact that we sent photos of the dents over customer service denied their existence, when they finally acknowledged them and sent the replacement unit the same happened again. Now, although you can clearly l see form the photos we shared with them that there are not only dents but also a mark they again denying to be able to see them.. We are having our bathroom fitted in few days which leaves us with no time to get a new unit in time. I was reassured by Felicity that they will address any issues with the replacement unit immediately but unfortunately they haven't and made it all even more difficult for us to manage.

I bought a new oven air fryer and so far it’s very dangerous it’s tripped my fuses and makes an awful racket. I sent videos as they requested to deal with the issue which at first I thought they seemed prompt but it’s going round in circles. Oh it’s objects affecting it I got told sent a video on how to pull it apart which was irrelevant to the problem. The fan isn’t working at all and despite the videos blatantly showing this they’re not helping me at all.
I’m disappointed this has happened and I won’t buy off them again. Stuck now with a product I can’t use or been given any information on a refund replacement or return!

Still waiting on my delivery, after trying so many times to grt in contact please will you respond!!
