Bathing Solutions Arvostelua

Very good till I found a leak where the sealant had not been applied

Very good workmanship. On time, respectful and helpful. Would be happy to use again

Very pleased with the finished product. Love my new bathroom. Done in super quick time, and a very high quality finish. Would recommend.

I phoned this company first because they offered a lot of Disability aids, the salesman was very polite and helpful, he planned our shower room so it would help my daughter and I who have chronic conditions now and my husband in later life. We've recently had our new bathroom installed or more to the point a shower room. Our old bathroom removed and a new shower room fitted, so this would help us now. The fitter was polite and very hard working, we were originally given 5-6 days but everything was completely finished on the 3rd day. He was also very clean when he worked and disposed of the rubbish to a safer place untill the company could

Dealing with a truly professional company.
Having a friendly installer doing the work.
Having the work explained at every stage
was reassuring.
Excellent service from bathing solutions Ref No. 217484
The installer, ( Bogdon Fiedorczyk ) has made a wonderful job of
our bathroom shower. As my wife and I are disabled and could
not use the old bath, this beautiful shower is so easy to use.
Bogdon kept us informed at every stage of the installation.
He was very friendly and assisted us in any way he could.
A true gentleman.

Also we had a call from Dawn on a daily basis enquiring as to
progress and a general chat which I found very nice.
A very friendly, happy sounding lady.

One star — serious leak and no response

We had a walk-in shower installed by Bathing Solutions on Friday 28 and Saturday 29 August. The installers left late on Saturday saying the job was complete and everything was fine.

Within hours, water was pouring through the downstairs ceiling, directly over our stairs and hall. Because of the risk of water reaching the electrics, we had to call the Fire Brigade, who attended promptly and shut off the water supply to the entire house.

The following morning we paid £800 for an emergency plumber, who traced the leak to the newly installed shower pipework. We are now left without water and face substantial remedial work, potentially involving removal of part of the newly installed shower.

Despite Bathing Solutions knowing the seriousness of the situation, including that the Fire Brigade had attended, their response has been poor, to day the least: we have repeatedly contacted their customer service and been assured that someone would call us back. Nobody has done so, and we still have no idea when they intend to return and put this right.

My husband is frail and housebound, making being left without water particularly difficult and distressing.

We are simply asking Bathing Solutions to take responsibility for the problem, communicate with us and arrange an urgent resolution. So far, the lack of response has been extremely disappointing.

Everything took place as and when we were told it would. Fitter was friendly and expert at his job... had a minor surprise early on but worked past that and was finished well inside the predicted five days. Interruption to water was minimal and toilet always available over night. Workmanship and finish were excellent.
Phone call every day to see how it was progressing...we never had a problem.

The standard of workmanship by Kevin was outstanding, and the products supplied are first class. I love my new bathroom!

Jac and Jarred worked continually from the time the arrived until the time they went home. Always asking where we wanted handrails and asked what height we wanted the seat. Answered any queries we had explaining in detail. I'd have a very serious problem to find any fault and that includes the Electrician who had more work than he had anticipated. Could not have had a better team. They were all A1.

From start to finish, everything was handled professionally, every day during the installation I received a call from their office to see if I I had any complaints regarding the work that was being carried out or any questions regarding that days work. First class service from everyone involved.

All staff very helpful. Fitter always on time and very good, we certainly would recommend him.

Consulted on every aspect of positioning all disability aids. Tidy workand clearing up every day. Very cheerfull .

I found the whole process from first getting in touch to receiving the quotation very easy, and the salesman, Malcolm Driver, explained everything and then arranged for a survey from the project manager, Paul Tonks, who checked all the measurements and arranged an installation date. The fitter, Ismet Bara, worked very hard and did a great job. While installation was going on, the customer services representative, Aaliyah Martin, checked in by email to make sure everything was going well.
Just a word of caution: make sure the fitter goes through everything and that it all works before he goes.
On the whole very happy.

Installer worked very hard and was very professional

Joe the fitter was excellent and kept us informed at every stage of the process. The whole experience was really professional and we are just waiting for the company to remove the the waste material
