Bathing Solutions Arvostelua

We had a fantastic experience working with Bathing Solutions. The customer experience was excellent all the way through, from the planning, design and survey stage with Stuart and Laurance, to the installation itself. Any questions or queries we had were answered promptly and in detail. In addition, the Customer Service Department kept in touch each day to make sure we were happy with everything and also to arrange the rubbish collection at the end of the installation.

The installation itself went fantastically. Our installer, Vasile, was brilliant and did an absolutely incredible job completely overhauling our bathroom in such a short space of time (only 3 days!) and to an impeccable standard. The final result is absolutely beautiful and we couldn't be more thrilled to finally have the bathroom we've always wanted.

Thank you Bathing Solutions - we couldn't be happier!

The materials supplied were of a high quality and were delivered as specified. The employees of Mobility+ we dealt with: designer, project manager and liaison officer(Eve Garwood) were all very helpful.
The bathroom fitters (father and son)arrived punctually each day at 8am and worked steadily through to 4pm. As a result the work was completed well ahead of schedule. The standard of workmanship was excellent and they were thorough in cleaning up after themselves.

Installation was very efficient,we are pleased with our walk in shower

The sales adviser made several errors in the plan. The major error were corrected by the surveyor/project manager resulting in the showering area being squeezed. The installer was wonderful and sorted out most of the problems independent of the project manager. The daily call with Bathing Solutions liaison was reassuring.
The workmanship and knowledge displayed by the installer, Matt, was first rate and deserves a 5 star rating.

The job was completed, as requested, within tight timescales but was quite expensive. It is a shame that the company do not offer a tiled floor!

All in all I was quite happy with the end result and my special thanks to the installer,

Fitter was kind and respectful Other staff efficient and listened to my needs --slight hiccup had to follow up toilet and curtain order Overall very pleased indeed Kathleen O'Day

Would highly recommend this company for bathing installation.
We needed a mobility bathroom with shower and we were not disappointed.
The workmanship was great from mark and we are more than happy with the finished bathroom.

The fitter was terrific, very polite, tidy and very knowledgeable and helpful. I would definately use him again.

We had been made aware of the process, the time it would take. The plumbers Name Adam . we were contacted often to give us details what was happening and when. Adam kept us inform as to what he was doing the process and the sparky did the same. Work is complete and we are very happy.
Thank you very much

The whole experience from my first phone call to Mobility+ until the completion of the wet room was first class. The survey of the bathroom prior to the work starting was done in double quick time.
The worman who carried out the conversion was excellent.
I ended up with a lovely new bathroom that has made a considerable difference to my disaded wife.

Finishing isn't very good

From start to finish I felt supported and informed in the design of the bathroom. All of the work was completed quickly, with the minimum of disruption Andy and Mark explained everything as they were going and ensured the all the rubbish was removed and the house was tidy. I must say they worked extremely hard and were friendly.
