Excellent service, came in less than 24hours. Bosch washing machine brushes fitted. The washing is back on track! Cannot recommend enough. 10/10.

I paid £8 for special next day delivery (more than the part itself). The part arrived 2 days later and all I got was an apology and they blamed it on Royal Mail industrial action! Why even offer the service if there is the possibility of this occurring. Quite happy to take my money still. I will not be using this company again.

Total waste of time as they have no stock control, so their website is just a catalogue of products they *might* have. It's not until you actually place an order, pay and wait for your order to be processed that they then cancel your order as they have no stock. Despite this, the out of stock items are still available tobuy on their website.

Even 1 star is too much for you.

On 4th November I ordered the product above and my order never came. Also Amazon never cared about this and you should never buy anything from this company. I really needed this product and a worker in customer service for Amazon refunded without my request and closed the phone on my face in the middle of my sentence.

Very bad. Please avoid if you value your time and money. It is the 5th day since order made and I'm still waiting for my 24 Royal Mail tracked delivery ( tracking shows that awaiting for package from the sender). I'm seeking for a refund now. No answer from customer support.

I purchase a replacement door seal for my hoover washer from this company. Although I ordered the correct item the one that was sent was a totally different part number and fitting. I contacted customer services who told me I had to contact the supplier direct. As I was unable to find out who the supplier was I rang customer services again and was told the operator was unable to help with my enquiry. She did get an engineer to ring me and he told me that the part I had ordered was no longer available and they had sent the replacement issued by the supplier. As this was no good he said I could return the item for a full refund inclusive of postage charges. I did this and a refund was issued but only for the cost of the item not the postage. Despite emailing this company on 2 separate occasions I have had no response to my request for a refund of the postage. I would avoid this company like the plague! Furthermore I contacted another company who told me the part I needed was readily available and that I had been told a complete lie. Do not use this company!!

Horrendous people. They talk over you, and get all indignant and hang up. When you spend extra for next business day delivery and its not delivered the next business day, they repetitively tell you it was picked up the next business day, so will be deliver after another day.
So "Next Business Day Delivery" actually means "Next Business Day Picked up, and Delivered the day after the Bext Business Day"

Unbelievably poor customer service..... Would be a wiser choice to spend money elsewhere with reputable companies.

I Ordered a water tank they took my money then said it had been dispatched then cancelled and only partially refunded until I questioned the refund then fully refunded,the woman I spoke to over the phone was 1 of the rudest individuals I have ever spoken to,you are best going to another supplier.My first experience and never again

I purchased a Paxanpax vacuum cleaner motor for my Miele from these people.
Once fitted the hoover would only work on the 2 lowest power settings, on anything higher it would cut in and out. I have tried twice to contact this company saying I have got an issue with the spare, and have had no reply, looks like a complete waste of £60. As you can imagine I am far from happy.

Really pleased with the help from these guys..especially Tom. Put my problem to them and had a replacement within three days.

As already said on the review, avoid this company like the plague. Purchased a part for my dimplex fire from these people on March 8 2021 and it has packed up already ( now October )
All they say is that it has a 90 day money back garantee
It was about 40% cheaper than an original part but obviously not worth it.
Wish I had looked at these reviews before I spent my money.
All they sell is cheap rubbish and don’t want to know afterwards.
Avoid these people at all costs.

This is an absolute joke of a company! Paid for 24 hour delivery and the item is still to be dispatched days and days after ordering! Avoid this company

Barty Spares has purposely removed my bad review on their product that they sell from their website & also provided a misleading information about it. It's so disappointed that instead of taking the feedback & provided a clearer detail, they chose to disregard the feedback and only "posted" a "good" feedback, which could be the feedback from themselves. Avoid by all costs, just in case if you have to return/refund the spare parts as the product info is quite misleading.

Was looking for a filter for my Hoover. Found it here, twice cheaper than in Amazon. Quick dispatch and delivery during crazy Covid times. The only thing I regret, that I didn't find these guys earlier! Thanks Bartyspares.uk!

bought a drive belt for my trainer and it was the wrong size and poor quality. Tried emailing to return the item as detailed on their website on two different email addresses but had no reply. I am now stuck with a belt that's no use and no refund. Really disappointed and would advise everyone to avoid this site as the goods are rubbish and the customer service is non existent
