I have used Barty Spares for some years visiting the shop regularly. Always friendly and helpful. I was disappointed when the shop closed. However, I have found the on-line experience to be as good. I couldn't find the item I required. An on-line request and a link was provided for the item. I will be continuing to use them in the future.

1st time I have ordered from this company. The filter I ordered was smaller than we needed so I contacted them by email. Andy answered straight away and was polite and very helpful with a swap to larger size. The filter was posted promptly and was the correct size for our vacuum. I definitely would order from them again.

If i could give zero stars I would,
Bought a vacume motor from this con man.. turns out it was the cheapest china replica he could find
The main pcp for temp sensor and triac was trash and traces were broken with loose connections
The coil was moving free within the motor housing and there was no mechanical connections between the brushes and posts
This person will set your house on fire avoid like your life depends on it

First class company. Damaged goods replaced immediately. Great service would recommend.

Sent a message requesting a quote. Got 1 message from Andy asking me what I want?! Sent him the details of what I needed. Waited a week but no response, even after sending numerous messages. Decided to go elsewhere. SpareParts4Cookers is now my go to place for genuine cooker parts.

The correct product was delivered in a short time with no problems at all. I will look for Bartyspares next time I want parts not that bloody E bay.

It only lasted 6 months and wasn't cheap to buy. Copies of manufacturer's items but that don't work. They don't respond to emails.

The company was very good and responsive to questions about my items. The delivery was absolutely as described. All parts were fitted the same day by myself and were the exact same as ones removed from the machine. Couldn’t have been any better

Scam, I ordered a part, it has been two weeks, tried contacting the email which is all they provide, recieved nothing back and did not get my money back. Scam Company

Ordered something on the 22nd it still hasn’t arrived 8 days later. Tracking number not supplied , no despatch email. And to add insult to injury when you query your order using the same email address you place your order they still need more details!?! What a farce of a company. I really check companies on Trustpilot first. Anyway, nothing has arrived.. customer service is appalling. You have been worn.

Very quick delivery, but one of the four ordered items was found to be incorrect. That’s perhaps understandable, as the incorrect item looks almost identical to the ordered items.

I reported that problem using the on-line form and Andy immediately took ownership of it. He organised the prompt shipment of the required part.

Apart from the initial problem, the purchase process was very quick and efficient.

Ordered vacuum cleaner bags from bartyspares at lunch time and received them next morning by post man to my door. How's that for sufficient service? I always buy my nilfisk bags from bartyspares as they are the cheapest! Thank you for your fast sufficient service.

I hadn't been expecting next-day delivery but this is how it worked out. Better still, a time window was given and it arrived right in the middle. The pricing was sensible. Quickly shipped and quickly delivered. Nice one!
