Die Qualität ist Oberklasse, der Versand erfolgt zügig. Die Ware ist liebevoll verpackt. Auch Umtauschen erfolgte ohne Probleme und wurde zügig geliefert. Ich würde Auf jeden Fall wieder bestellen.

Me encantó la marca no la conocía y la…

Me encantó la marca no la conocía y la descubrí en el aeropuerto de Viena! El paquete con el papel de envoltorio muy bonito. Lastima no haber hecho el pedido con tiempo para que llegara el día de Reyes (6-1-25), hice el pedido el día 23 -12-25 y llegó el 9-1-25, creo que son muchos días pero se entiende que son fechas complicadas, aunque no estaría mal poder hacer un seguimiento del paquete más detallado. Compraré más cosas seguro, pero con tiempo!!!

Tolle Marke mit Abstrichen beim Retournieren

Leider hat der Versand etwas länger gedauert als erwartet, war aber ok und ich habe eine schnelle Rückmeldung vom Kundenservice erhalten. Die Verpackung ist sehr toll gemacht und die Qualität (Hoodie und T-Shirt) an sich auch toll. Leider hatte ich aber eine schlechte Bestickung bei der Mütze und musste für einen Ersatz erstmal die Mütze zurückschicken und damit die Kosten der Rücksendung (12€!) selber tragen. Das finde ich sehr schade, da ich ja von einer guten Qualität ausgehe bei dem Preis und dann aber auf meine Kosten retournieren muss.

Servizio clienti deludente! Ho acquistato purtroppo un pullover con taglia errata... ho mandato mail per procedere con cambio... una odissea!
Poi costi per il reso troppo alti!

I just pay for the order and after 13…

I just pay for the order and after 13 days after I didn't receive the clothes.
Also they should have a phone number for this kind of incidence and don't wait 2 days after sending an email to get an answer.
I don't think I'll buy something again.
