Very helpful, the hat size my daughter needed wasn’t in stock. Ordered along with a boot and hat bag which came into the shop a few days later. Very honest to credit accidental overcharge. First time we have used them and very satisfied with service.

Rug took a month to come. The actual Rug is lovely and well-made unfortunately the delivery time and two emails+ one phone call was far too long. I honestly think after waiting for so long for this Rug I would’ve expected an apology or even a gift card.

Initially the product advertised was not available hence 4 starts but that was rectified

Order on 7 August took over 3 weeks to arrive not informed what was going on with my order would of given a zero if I could

Fantastic customer service at this gem of a local tack shop. I ordered in some boots but when they came I didn't like the cut on me - just personal preference. It was no problem at all, I was soon shown a choice of boots that matched my requirements and found some I much preferred. Not just tack and riding stuff, but a huge selection of doggy bits and pieces too. Will definitely be coming back!

I ordered a Woofwear Fly Mask on the 22nd of July and I have rung Customer Services twice. The last time I was told the item would have to be ordered but I have not been contacted so that I have no idea when the item will arrive. In the meantime my Shetland is managing without. At the time of ordering I was told to expect the item to arrive within 5 working days!

Being new to the area of Barnstaple I have been seeking recommendations on local farm shops as I try and source organic products where possible. I was referred to The Little Farm Shop at Shirwell by people where I am staying so I went along and first impressions are of a truly customer centric, professionally run little business, initially set up for equestrian products but also recently expanded into groceries and organic products mostly supporting local producers in Devon, a great variety of products in the shop and via their online shop, some of which I have not seen before and a loyalty bonus / rewards scheme too. Gilly served me and clearly takes pride in what she and her colleagues do not just for the local community but for online customers too....easy parking close by too, certainly well worth a visit.

Found the Farm Shop through a leaflet. Had a most enjoyable visit. There's a good range of goods and a very friendly welcome. I will definitely be returning!

Really nice people and an interesting and varied shop

It’s a very well stocked shop run by friendly staff. A nice surprise to find it’s a mini deli too with local produce from bacon, artisan bread and cakes. My friend and I had a coffee and cake sat outside, just perfect!!

Communication issues and order complicationsI ordered four dog bed covers listed as in stock, but was later informed the price had increased due to wholesale costs. Agreeing to pay the difference took multiple phone calls because the invoices sent to me were incorrect. After 10 days with no delivery, my emails requesting an update went unanswered. When I called, I was informed the wrong sizes had been ordered by the shop. Due to the repeated delays and communication gaps, I requested a cancellation. I am now waiting for a refund, which I am told will take a significant amount of time to process. The process required far too much chasing.

Very knowledgeable lady and will help in whatever way she can. The shop is very well stocked and reasonably priced. I will definitely shop there again.
